Mister B's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Henderson

Went out for a family dinner at the Evansville location tonight and could not be more disappointed in our service and the management handling of the issue. We had nine people in our party with all but four of us ordered wings. The other meals were a chicken sandwich, a Philly sandwich, a kids hot dog, and a pizza. Within a normal wait time we received our appetizers, pickles & shrimp, and all the wing meals but didn’t receive the above meals. We continued to wait for approximately an hour and a half in which we asked multiple times about the meals. We were told they were almost done, however we were not told until about an hour in that they had run out of some supplies and had just gotten back with more. We did receive the pizza shortly after this with almost no sauce on it and continued to wait for our meals, again this included my two year old’s hot dog meal. After waiting about twenty more minutes our waitress told us that the meals we coming out to which we decided to just get the meals to go. She stated that she would ask the manager if something could be done since we had to wait so long. She came back after a few minutes and stated,” the manager was not going to do anything for us because it was opening week and this happens.” —Listen I get having to wait and that’s fine but if they knew they were out of stuff, we were going to wait and had a small child they should have come out and said something. At this point we would have switched our meals to wings so we could all eat. This is the worse service I have ever had here and the fact the manager didn’t even come out to apologize is unacceptable. I will strongly reconsider going back and recommending...

My boyfriend and I have ordered carry out from Mr. B's in Henderson several times. They are always packed and boy, do I know why! The food is absolutely amazing...and I mean WOW! They have a big beautiful A displayed from the health department and you can watch food being prepped from the pick up area. Everyone had always been friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean.

If you like fried Mushrooms, you HAVE to try them! Not your run of the mill, frozen, breaded, tasteless mushrooms...these are big and juicy mushrooms battered with crispy Golan brown goodness. And the dipping sauce is their own blend and it is put of this world!

Tonight, we went for comfort food. I had the buffalo chicken mac n cheese and wow! I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken...and with the creamy white cheddar sauce, topped with mozzarella, I was in Heaven!! The pasta was aldente too!

My boyfriend had the buffalo chicken sandwich with honey barbeque and we were shocked at how huge the sandwich was! A big, thick chicken breast, battered and soaked in honey barbeque and then topped with lettuce and mayo..it was the perfect blend of savory and sweet.

So if you want reay GOOD food, you need to check...

This place has gone from being one of my favorites to predictably bad. Our last visit illustrates this the best:

45mins to get seated. It was a busy day so this is pretty normal. 10mins to order. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 20 wings. Nothing crazy. 45 minutes to get food. This is a little long to get food but It was a busy day, however the waiter accidentally dropped our pizza on the way to our table. No big deal, accidents happen. They said they would get us another pizza.

It took us an ADDITIONAL HOUR to get our pizza…

So 2hrs 40min, In total for a pizza and some wings. With no apology or discount.

But that’s not all. Service was particularly bad.

The waitress took 10mins to tell us they would make another pizza. She only checked in on the pizza 40 minutes later. When we paid for our meals she didn’t bring us our complete change back. Instead opting to keep our coins. While it is only a few coins, It’s the principle of it that is wrong. She chose to take our money without asking or letting us give it to her.
