Huevos Avenue — Restaurant in Henderson

It was our first time here at this new location which has recently opened. What a GEM! Amazing family owned and operated restaurant. This is their second location and the first one is in Boulder City. The food was excellent! And the service was TOP NOTCH! Rosa made excellent recommendations and helped us with the menu ( a lot of tasty options). We have enjoyed every single bite, the conversation, and the overall experience. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The food was exceptional. There were many delightful and authentic dishes that are very satisfying. They have fantastic menu choices. We have ordered a few different dishes and everything was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor — you can really taste the care that went into preparing it. Oreo Pancakes were fluffy and perfectly crafted. Not too sweet, freshly made and delicious 😋. My favorite was: country fried steak- perfection! I always order it wherever I go and it was never perfect at other restaurants. This is the first time that I’ve truly enjoyed it! Perfectly cooked, not too salty, not too greasy, meat was tender. PERFECTION!!! A must try! My wife loved her : Patty melt on a grilled rye bread and house potatoes, Yummy 😋. Everything was truly amazing and so so good!!!

Overall: This is definitely one of the best breakfast/brunch restaurants in Henderson, especially if you want a good Mexican style dish or enjoy something on the sweet side. Support local restaurants and give this restaurant a try. You will love it!!! 😍 We highly...

My wife, brother & I ate there on Tuesday, 10/7/25. We had been regular, loyal Coyote customers since 2000, and were looking forward to trying this buy-out.

We didn't get tortilla chips & salsa when we sat down, and our server (who was a former Coyote waitress for 20 years) explained that the new owners don't seem to care about those Mexican Restaurant customs. We had to order from the breakfast menu as it was before 11:00 am. We didn't come to the former Coyote's for traditional american breakfast choices - there are tons of options in the area for that.

We hope the new owners listen to customer recommendations, our server seemed to feel that they weren't doing a good job so far. We used to love Coyote's and we hope someday Huevos Avenue becomes a good place to enjoy good...
