Apparently the owner only answers to good reviews. My sister left a bad review over a month ago and there is no acknowledgment. So here is me double down for an extra ZERO star review. Find below the original review posted:
"My sister and I decided to make a stop in this place for dinner as we were only passing through heading to Ely, Nevada. When we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted and we didnât know if we should just sit at any table available or order at the front. I decided to ask and was told to order at the register. We ordered and sat down at an open table. When we sat down, we noticed that we were charged for a large bowl of pho rather than small. We went to tell the lady and she unkindly said that they donât do small for to go. Confused, we said no, itâs for dine-in. Then she said that she canât return the money anymore. We waited for our food and she brought it in a bag as a to-go order. Again, confused, we decided to ask for a bowl and she brought it. We had to put all the ingredients together since they were all provided separately in the to-go bag. We realized the broth wasnât hot enough to cook the raw meet. I asked her if there was a way to heat up the broth. She unkindly and kind of mad said âyes, I can microwave itâ and took them off the table so rudely that I had to take away my hands off the bowl quickly to avoid a collision and spill the broth. We waited for a little bit but we felt so uncomfortable with how we were treated, that decided to leave the restaurant without our food that she hasnât brought back yet. I even gave her a tip when I paid at the beginning âšď¸ One of the issues that I think was the problem is that the lady may be Vietnamese and she doesnât speak English well and doesnât understand it either and assumes things and doesnât double check with the client. Also, she could slow down and try to listen to what the client is asking before answering so rudely.    Read moreI want start out with the food. The pho was like any other pho but the chicken pho oh no. The chicken itself tasted like can chicken. But the tofu spring roll was alright.
Now here's why I'm rating
It was my first time ordering out from this restaurant and I did it from the Google maps order take out button. I used the first option because why not. It didn't take too long for my order to be finished maybe about 20mins. I get to the restaurant and I'm welcomed with a question about take out. So I assumed it was standard yes, no, and name. The lady who was at the front gets my name and somewhat throws my order at me. My order wasn't handed over with care. I was distraught and confused, so I left without checking my order. Mid drive back I realized two items were missing from my order so I head back to the restaurant. I had to calm myself down because this interaction was a first and I didn't want to "explode" the lady already seemed annoyed at me already. So I walk in she asked what's wrong and I stated that my order was wrong. I pull up my receipts and stated that I used the Doordash option (first one). She stated that the other orders did not appear and I showed her my receipt with the missing orders. Same statement was repeated. So I asked for a refund...THAT'S WHEN SHE STARTED TO HELP ME. She input the rest of my order and said it'll be done soon. There was another lady there too and I assume she was the cook because she went to the back to finish my order. When she came out she had the biggest smile on her face and said all fixed now...it really made my day with her energy. However the service lady...no. So this was my first and last experience with this restaurant. I hope others receive a better...
