Last night, My boyfriend and I called ahead and ordered a few things from the Tropical Smoothie at 76 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy ste #120 in Henderson, NV 89015.
Upon pickup, the young male cashier acted clueless when my boyfriend told him his name for the order and what we ordered. My boyfriend nicely reiterated what he was there for and then the cashier looked around and said, "we didn't make it yet".
Confused, my boyfriend replied, "You haven't made it yet?" Cashier replied.. "Oh.. we made it, but you have to pay first."

Admittedly annoyed, my boyfriend said, "Yeah, that's how a transaction works. But, why did you say you didnt make it yet?"
The Cashier ignored the question and said "You have to pay first." Mind you, he wasn't even at the cash register saying this... Boyfriend: "Yes, I'm aware.. waiting on you." (As he visibly has his CC in hand).
Cashier then starts to talk to himself as he's ringing us up. We pay and the Smoothie we ordered isn't there. Boyfriend: "where is the smoothie?" Cashier: "Smoothie? Uhh..." walks towards the back to the girl we ordered on the phone with. He comes back to the register says nothing. Girl employee lazily walked to us with an attitude on her face and slowly hands the Smoothie to my boyfriend, doesn't say anything and walks away with a miserable look. š¤·āāļø
We get home to the "Chicken cheese 'Dilla", having NO chicken and barely ANY cheese. Mainly just tortillas. š The Smoothie was poorly made, mostly slush. The Chicken Pesto was slapped together and chewy. The Acai Bowl was the only good thing. š
We called and I talked to the girl who gave us the Smoothie which was also who we ordered from. I expressed my frustration, she didn't know how to handle the situation. No apologies, even tried to correct me with an attitude.
This morning, I called so I could speak to a manager. The same girl employee answered, I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said nothing and hung up on me.
I never leave negative reviews and I take no pleasure in doing so. It's a waste of my time but, this really was a poor experience. It's clear the two employees aren't managed well and possibly not trained well either. I'd expect better service as I have been a customer of this company for over ten years. But I will not be returning to this location,...

Stopped in on my way to work. Normally I heck the reviews if Iām on a side of town for work that I havenāt been in a while, or Iām trying a new place. I almost skipped because of the bad reviews. Sadly they all showed first. BUT SO GLAD I WENT ANYWAYS š A+ on the drink and the service. And honestly it was SUPER fast.
It is 8am so there were only 2 of us. A guy was getting handed his drink as I ordered. I had a question about the energy. The lady went in the back and got the bottle to show me the ingredients list. (Thank you very much for that!! I will actually be back because I didnāt know this was an option!) As she did this the second girl started my drink. I was expecting to wait a few minutes as I normally do at smoothie places .. but nope it was finished right after I paid.
The drink is GREAT, maybe slightly less vibrant & not as strong as Iām use for Tropical Smoothie.. but isnāt watered down and isnāt in blended ice.
(itās possible they actually measure and make it to the recommended amounts.. instead of some just eyeballing it making it stronger) that adds up & times are tight for businesses!! (Vote ā¤ļø people!!𤣠couldnāt help myself!!š¤)
Time complaints donāt hold much weight for me ⦠unless there are a ton of them, because itās normally people in a hurry complaining itās not done in the snap of a finger.. when itās probably done in a responsible amount of time. A lunch time rush isnāt because of...

Instead of the bananas and blueberries, I asked if she could replace it with STRAWBERRIES instead on the side. I get home and I have bananas and blueberries on the side instead of the strawberries that I asked for. I called to speak with the manager Tracy to let her know that my order was wrong and that Iāll be back. She says okay weāll fix it. I get there and she comes to the front yelling at me. She says āThis is your 4th time doing this, this will be the last time Iāll do anything for you.ā I said mam everything Iām telling you is on the receiptā.. I told her I asked for no bananas and no blue berries and she says āno you didnāt, you switched your story.ā I told her that it says āno blueberries and bananas on the receipt.ā One of the employees gives me my strawberries then apologizes. After I left I called to speak with Tracy to let her know how unprofessional she was and that I thought she handled the situation the wrong way. I told her that I would be reaching out to cooperate and she hangs up in my face. Iāve been coming to this tropical smoothie for years and NEVER experienced anything like I did today.
