I would've rated the service higher based on the service I received earlier today, but just now I came back for extra sauce and received horrible service from an older lady and a young guy working the front counter. They gave me a weird look when I walked in and then I heard them talking about me and laughing. How childish! The lady was also very unprofessional. While I was eating at a booth, she took her break at the booth next to mine and didn't hesitate taking her shoes off. She sat there watching a video with the volume on high with her feet kicked up like she was sitting on the couch at home. She never smiled at me or made me feel welcomed. The food is good here though. The cook was not a part of these shenanigans and seemed very hard-working and professional. He obviously knows what he's doing in...

The Horizon location is horrible. We placed an order for three bowls, a spicy chicken breast bowl, & two teriyaki chicken breast bowls. Only one of our bowls was chicken breast, with the other two being some sort of grinded up “chicken” mush. We called the restaurant to report the errors once we arrived home & noticed the mistake & they offered no reason or apology for the mistake, but merely “30% off our next visit.” - which is useless since we’ll never be going back. Horrible customer service, horrible quality of “food”, & unable to get a simple order correct, even though they got it correct on our bill & charged us the extra amount for the chicken breast “upgrade” that we never received. We usually love their food but for some reason our chicken was served totally burned today. I can't tell you how many times cooks have served burned to a crisp over cooked foods in many restaurants we've been to. They don't want to waste food but I don't want to waste my money. Burned meats are a carcinogen and most people can't digest them well. Fortunately, the Tofu, veggies and noodles were cooked just right. They did replace our chicken when brought to their attention and the cashier was very nice. This is the third visit I've tried to get Sierra Mist from tap and they've been out of syrup. They said they changed it but it was still out. Many restaurants don't sell it anymore. It's made with cane sugar and probably more expensive. I'd still go back but ask them to not...
