I have been burned twice at this place.
Dropped my computer off on Saturday and was told to give them 2 days to do the diagnosis which is a $65 fee to be paid up front. The problem was that the Bluetooth was not working and the mouse and keyboard were glitching while running on my 4 screens.
I never heard back from them so I called them the following Friday. The computer tech told me that he thought that he had called to give me the update. The guy never called. He proceeded to tell me that he tested the computer with no problems. When I asked "so you hooked it up to 4 screens and it had no problems?" his reply was no we don't have the ability to do that we only have one screen. He had no answer when I asked him why he agreed to look at the computer when he did not have the equipment to properly diagnose the problem. When I asked him about the Bluetooth he said that he forgot to check that but at a quick glance at the computer it looked like it needed some sort of antenna.
Previously I took my laptop to them for a problem with the battery not holding a charge. Left it there for a week and never heard from them so I called on this one too. I was informed that all that I needed was a new cord to plug it in with. As soon as I got it home and booted it up the air message flashed that I needed to replace the battery. If the laptop was not plugged in it would die within 30 minutes.
Poor customer service twice and problem with the computers never resolved twice. I guess shame on me for letting them...
Read moreNever again. Very unprofessional and poor quality work. Dropped off a laptop for a broken back case (screen half). Paid a portion up front. Told it would take 7 days. Not having heard from them I called on day 14 and was informed they had broken the screen and a replacement would be there the next day and I could pick it up in the afternoon. Next day came and went and no laptop. Called two days later and I was informed the screen arrived damaged and it would be another 10 days before it was ready. (Of note the employee said it was delivered to the wrong location when I picked it up, so potentially an unnecessary lie.) They called me after 13 days and let me know it was ready. I show up and the replacement part is the wrong color (never approved), the screws are over tightened so they protrude in the back and it is not charged so I can't test the screen. Then they tell me I still owe almost $100. I discuss the poor service and if they can waive the fee and am told only the owner can approve that. Employees refused to call them and said they were unsure when they would be available but I would get a call. 15 minutes into my drive home the employee calls to tell me the balance is waived. So clearly they could have contacted the owner. Terrible service, terrible work, terrible communication. Look elsewhere if you value...
Read moreCame in on Tuesday because some called the Thursday before and told me computer would be complete on Monday. I thought I would give them an extra. Computer wasn't complete, I live 45mins away. I came in to a rude assistant manager that basically kept cutting me off while I was speaking, got smart mouth with me rolled his eyes and seemed very irritated oh did I mention he was really rude. Oh yes he actually did offer $10 discount for my inconvenience but in a rude way as he left the building and told me to tell the other guys what I wanted. At the end my computer was longing into windows slow and running slow. There was nothing wrong now computer is running slow. At the end the person that checked me out seemed irritated also and when I ask about extra crews he told me that he put everything back properly. Definitely I don't recommend this business very...
