Delighted with my order. The chicken tasted fantastic. The kids working where very friendly and polite. I happen to converse on this establishment once maybe twice a month. I am always treated to food with fine service. I find it very convenient. The parking is absolutely easy. And it does cater to those whom happen to be handicapped. If you have children this is A great place to take them to. As we all know children just love chicken nuggets or fingers. And this place caters to those dishes especially. With the way the chicken is served I'm positive their hambergures would be just as tasty. Although I dont know if they serve burgers here. So I can only comment on what I've ordered before. And the chicken finger's are especially good. This particular location is very easy to park and wheel one's car around. In other words it is an easy parking lot to navigate. I sure do like this place and will pay future visits. Once again the friendly people working here made the chicken taste all the better. Wow what A place to get some friendly service. And I must say the prices are pretty reasonable as well. In fact the prices are down right inexpensive. Or next to cheap. What a great place to watch your son or daughter's face light up with enjoyment. That is when they bite down on their awesome tasting chicken finger. I would say to anybody. You can't beat the price. You can't beat the taste. You can't beat the easy parking. You can't beat the friendly service. You can't beat the location. And absolutely you can't beat the look on your little one's face. On a scale of one to ten. I would put the place right there at 10. Thanks to the fantastic people working here. I will certainly be back...
Read moreMy family and I come to this location often. In late September we ordered 5 caniacs in the drive thru. We went home and all 5 of our fruit punch drinks were basically pink water and we were missing our cole slaw. I called immediately and spoke to a really nice manager and he stated he’d give us 5 caniacs when we came back because they’ve been having issues with their drink fountain. He was very apologetic and super sweet. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. He mentioned that I didn’t have to redeem the caniacs right away and could come back whenever and that he’d put my name and number down on a list. I called two weeks later to give them a heads up that I’d like to come in and redeem the free caniacs. They couldn’t find my name anywhere and I spoke to a general manager who said he’d have to investigate further and he would reach back out to me. I gave him exact dates/orders but I wasn’t advised to keep a receipt since my name was already written down but I could easily pull up a bank statement. It’s been a month and a half since I spoke to the general manager. I’ve called three times since then for an update and I keep being told that the general manager will reach out to me when he’s available. I’m bummed because my family and I love Canes, especially this location until this entire ordeal. I’ve received no follow up, no resolution from the initial issue and no resolution from them giving me the run around. Overall, a really bad...
Read moreReady to be a Karen but hey, they deserve it. Tonight I thought, what would I like to eat? I just had surgery and I'd like some fried chicken. I deserve it. First Chicken shack came to mind but they raised their prices by $5. Then a family member suggested canes. Begrudgingly and reluctantly I accepted because I had no creativity and they were picking it up for me. We live 10 mins away by the way. I open the box, ready to eat and every single chicken tender was cold, tough, with patches missing (yunno the fried part) followed with stale bread and uncooked fries. The lemonade was good. I am fortunate to be able to purchase food but wow did I make a horrible choice that I will never make again. Are people just complacent, soul less. How does a place like this survive financially I absolutely do not know. It's not the first time I feel this way. Most of the time I just say ehh it's quick and fairly cheap who cares but I think today may be a significant moment in life. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT except this mediocrity. YOU ARE...
