Had to ask THREE TIMES to get her to fix the order and the worst part is she literally does not care. No apology, no sense of urgency, no work ethic... whole time smacking her gum and acting as if I'm the problem, how dare I make her do her job.

Went in to pick up a delivery order. I spoke up to double check because the bag seemed a little light, "I just want to ask because the app says 7 items" - She looks at me condescendingly and says, "It's all there" as if how dare I question it.

I get to the car and notice one of the items is a Coke but I know they serve Coke in the bottle, so it could possibly be in the bag but I felt around the bag and did not feel a bottle of coke so I went back into the restaurant.

I showed her the app, that it's supposed to include a coke and she says, "It's all there" I knew it was NOT, so I went to the car, grabbed the bag, came back in and little miss priss smacking her gum is STILL thinking it's in the bag... She's trying to un-tie the knot with her long nails but can't. I'm just looking at her, wondering why she seriously can't realize it's just a simple plastic bag that clearly has NO COKE BOTTLE in it.

Finally she gives up, HUFFS and hands me a coke bottle. I tell her, "I shouldn't have to ask three times to get the order right. YOU get paid by the hour, delivery drivers do not, yet I'm the one trying to make sure the customer's order is right."

How hard is it to just double-check the order? It's NOT hard at all to do something right the first time - BUT when you don't care about your job, which clearly she does not, bad attitude, smacking gum at the counter, long-nails extremely unhygienic for...

I’ll get the good out of the way first. The employees are very nice. Now the rest. I got off work and wanted to get tacos with my gf. I had to wait 40 minutes for 3 tacos and some birria fries. They screwed up my order twice. For food that costs this much and from a chain you’d think the service and food would be great. But the food is okay. The employees are nice, but nice can only get you so far when you make me wait 40 minutes for some overpriced ok food. The birria tacos are fine. Soggier than i’d hope but with the way they’re made I understand. The loaded birria fries are just ok. The fries are unseasoned and bland. The birria was the best part about the fries and the cheese wasn’t melted. So it ended up being bland fries with birria and cold unmelted cheese with cold sour cream and cold pico. I won’t fault them for cold pico or sour scream. But the cheese should’ve been melted. I don’t expect to be compensated for every little thing. But if i’m gonna wait 40 minutes for some food i’d expect more. Especially if the restaurant wasn’t super busy to begin with. The restaurant itself is nice enough. The tables were kinda dirty. I don’t see much of a reason...

I gave this place a 3 out of 5 stars. I'm reality they only got a 3 because I felt it's to expensive for what the food is. Food was tasty but not so good that I felt it was worth the price.

I paid $15 for my burrito and 10 for a quesadilla. Let's start with the quesadilla so compared to other places out here they did a great job. Definitely full of cheese and beef . Those of you that have tried quesadillas at other places around the area will be aware that those quesadillas are often more tortilla than ingredients, you won't have that issue here. Taste was good but again worth $10?? Well you be the judge.

As far as the burrito again it was full of ingredients so no issues there. I had the asada which was typical of what you would expect at other places. Again, flavor was not over the top.

Overall, my beef all pun intended is with the price and not the overall quality or experience of the food. They definitely give you a lot. However, the taste of the food is not worth the price in my opinion. Will I stop here again? Possibly in a jam but don't think I would make this a regular thing for myself.
