This location is APPALLING. Every visit is worst than the last, and customer service is non existent.This location has a tendency of asking you to wait âa few minsâ to which youâre left hanging for 10-15 mins. Then the food alone takes 20 mins (mind you in this time you can see all the workers lollygagging and not even preparing/cooking), regardless of if theyâre busy or not. The workers will eyeball you through the window for ordering and have god awful attitudes. I work near here so I rely on this location for food, primarily in the early morning. Today I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins before getting frustrated and driving to the window, 2 employees saw me but never came to the window. When I went to the front entrance I was met by the General Manager CARLOS, who let me know that their computers were down, when I asked why he wasnât letting customers know who were sitting and waiting he shrugged his shoulders, as if taking .2 seconds to notify customers is an inconvenience, when I started getting visibly upset because of his nonchalant attitude he proceeded to shut the door in my face and go and hide in his office. I knocked on the locked door, and of course, becoming frustrated knocked even more now past wanting food at this point; when my boyfriend rolled around at 11am, they were still shut down and completely ignoring the line full of people in their drive thru. When my boyfriend called and asked for the corporate number, he claims âhe did nothing wrongâ and the only thing he could comment on was that I was âaggressively knockingâ and that âI was rudeâ
Iâm rude for asking him to let people know his situation rather than having them sit there so long they ultimately leave? Piss poor customer derived from the guy who runs this location.

I have been living on this side of town for over 3 years and have had to continuously deal with this Wendy's on Sunset screwing up my order damn near every single time. I explain completely and precisely how I want my order made at least 2-3 times and they never make my sandwich fresh. Which is policy if I am ordering something different from the normal toppings included on the burger. I order a Biggie Bag Double Stack with no ketchup add extra pickles and onions keep the mustard and add mayonnaise lettuce and tomatoes. They will give me a premade burger and wipe the ketcup off the sandwich and slap a small amount of mayo on it! I can't stand ketchup which is nothing but preserved tomatoes boiled down with vinegar and too much sugar! Why would I want artificial tomatoes on a burger with real ones! But I digress. I am adamant about not eating ketchup. However that is exactly what I received on my burger the last time I ordered about 2-3 mos ago! I don't have time to inspect the burger before I drive off from the drive-thru and I shouldn't have to! It's simply POOR SERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL that this Wendy's employees refuses to do their jobs!! The fries are often stale or cold and dried out. If there's a special order for the burger than the fries should be freshly made as well. They always forget the BBQ sauce for the nuggets and never put enough napkins in the bag! Wendy's is real food at good prices compared to other places who aren't using fresh ingredients but they need to ensure that they've trained employees to LISTEN to their customers and stop being so LAZY! Also stop shrinking the drink sizes! Stop shrinking the Frosty sizes STOP SHRINKING THE FOOD PERIOD! If there's 20 or 30 cents more for a medium or large drink then give us the option! I'm not a child and would appreciate a large beverage! A decent size fries and adult size portions.    Read more7/1/2024;Since I've worked for this company I've had the same opinion their food is overpriced and the people are underappreciated as well under paid(hourly & salary & financially). And since I got cut out of the settlement thanks to identity theft, I am allowed to talk 'bout this!! đ𤣠But no, no, I regress... Allow me to come back up. Wendy's is super amazing freshest bestest baked potatoes (fully loaded or bacon ranch... Oh my Bob!) And please don't even get me started on the in-house made chilli!I can't make it through any fevered illness without a bowl or 2 of Wendy's chilli!
