We have been several times with our children after playing at the jump place next door. Tonight, however, we took our kids and I did not know that a âwaffle coneâ was the large cone. The young girl behind the counter corrected me that this was a waffle cone. It was huge lol. So I apologized for my confusion and said we need the smaller Looking waffle cone. She said something along the lines of it does kind of look like a waffle cone or it has that pattern.... There was a lot more conversing that happened. She was very condescending and once I was handed our smaller cone with a HUGE scoop (which would have been great) had I not ordered a childâs scoop for a 3 year old...(which she told me I had not). Regardless, there was more âcorrecting the customer, condescension and so onâ. I lost my cool at that point. I blatantly said there was no need to be rude. She continued and I let the nicer looking young lady know that the other girls customer service was terrible and she needed to be fired. Yes. I was that upset. We got a 10% discount which was very nice of the other lady. But I wouldâve still paid full price for my children. The point is the customer service from that ONE young lady was absolutely horrendous. Basically ruined our good mood and rest of family time. Maybe she was having a bad day, but when you work in a place like that you do not continuously correct the customer and if you plan to do that at least smile...

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee at your Hendersonville store who went above and beyond to help me recently. One evening earlier last month, I stopped by to pick up a cake for my fiancĂ©e as a surprise, we were getting married in just a week, so I was already under a lot of stress. When I came back out to my car, I realized my battery had died. I felt completely stuck and overwhelmed, but one of your employees, a young woman named Kensley (I believe thatâs her name,she wore glasses), didnât hesitate to help. She went out of her way to help me jump-start my car and was so positive and kind throughout the whole situation. Her calm attitude and genuine kindness turned what could have been a very stressful moment into a reminder that there are truly good people out there. I just wanted to make sure her effort doesnât go unnoticed. Employees like her really make a difference and leave a lasting impression on customers.    Read morePoor service. Bunch of kids who decided to lie aboit the posted hours and rush us out of the store. Posted hours stated 10pm closing time. We show up at 9:37 pm and were met with a young lady mopping the floor saying our lobby closes in 3 minutes. I said - that's not what your door says. She said there used to be a sign. Nope. There has never been a sign. We were rushed through our order and the ticket was quickly rang up. As we left to enjoy our ice cream outside - the young man, who looked to be the shift leader, yelled from the bag - "Lock the Door".
A night out celebrating an accomplishment of one of my kids was slighted by a bunch of kids who don't wanna offer customer service.
Next time we will decide somewhere else for ice cream and let this place close whenever they want. That is what is important...
