Your cellular reception is so poor that I can't redeem them (Sprint shouldn't be a problem) Wifi would be a quick fix. It's very embarrassing to hold up your line waiting for App to pull up. I''ve now been starting the process before I get to your lot but the last step for redeem now can only be performed at register and I lose the promo when it unsuccessfully times out. Your other guests are frustrated, I'm the Bad Guy holding up the line, I spend more time than I want there, I pay more and I lose my promo.
Secondly, another good example of something you let slide because you love a place but when the line gets crossed, the Gates open, would you please fix the handle on your reach-in cooler where you merchandise waters, etc? It's been over a year that the handle is broken, you had a remodel, invested a load of Cash. The handle is still broke. I've stopped purchasing a water with every visit because of it. Suffice it to say I was a little displeased but understood mistakes can happen. I returned to the location and saw my bowl setting all alone and explained that it was missing from my order at pick up. The manager, who I have nicknamed (Cotton) "Candy" because of her colorful hair, apologized for the oversight and made me a fresh bowl.
