Hendersonville Dog Park — Attraction in Hendersonville

We had a great time here yesterday! It was clean, not crowded, set with all the needs for the pups. I will say the only reason I can’t give a 5 star is because of the small dogs side. The entrance has a pretty large space at the bottoms of the gate for the smallest dogs to get out at so we couldn’t really relax knowing our dogs were safely enclosed so we had to guard both gates while they played. The other end has a huge space in between the gates. I really hope this can be fixed in the future. The Drakes Creek park Is a great place to go to Relax to let out steam to go to and clear your mind to go Read the Bible to hang out with your friends. Take your kids there, take your dogs. Have a picnic, a grill out. It's just all around amazing place and very, very safe. I've had no issues at all with the park. Everything is great, but of course, nothing's perfect, but...

Trail was under water around the island. Needs a boardwalk across it. Stone pavement is in very bad condition around the loop on the peninsula & is dangerous to walk or ride bicycle on. Enjoy the length and scenery but needs maintenance. Way too many geese and their droppings are...
