Subway — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Went in for lunch today. Indian girl employee asked what kind of sandwich I’d like. I said I’d like the daily special (Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken). I then told her the bread I wanted. She grabbed the bread and asked if I wanted foot long or 6”? I then said is the daily special a footlong or 6”? She appeared confused by my question. She then proceeded to ask me what meat. I told her the daily special is what I wanted for the meat. After not understanding English apparently she got the other Indian girl working with her. AND walked to the back leaving the next customer to wait. The next girl asked what I wanted. Told her daily special- she then said meatball? WTH- mid afternoon and neither employee knows the daily special?? SMH After getting the sandwiches made and paid for they both go to the back. Another customer comes in just as we get seated. He waits a good bit for them to come out front and notice him. Then the original girl comes out grabs a cookie out of the display bare handed and walk around eating it around food station. GROSS! NEEDLESS TO SAY- NO MORE SUBWAY FOR ME. Apparently the owner could care less how his business is half a$$ ran. 3 weeks ago I got unsweetened tea that was in a sweet tea container. The manager would not give me a free refill even thought they were at fault for putting unsweetened tea in a sweet container.

Today, 9/12/23, I ordered a sandwich, when I got to check out the manager ask if I wanted to get a drink with that order. I said no. He said that he found it funny that I keep coming back into Subway when he said I told him I wouldn't come any more. I said that I said I would not order tea from Subway anymore He said he had the right to.refuse serving me and he didn't want me back in his store anymore.

I think he is being ridiculous! He told me that I was banned from his store. He told his employees that they were not to serve me if I ever came in again. So that is that! All because of wanting this Subway to give me a free refill because they put non sweet tea in a sweet tea container and I had the nerve to ask for them...

So I always get the same thing. A foot long tuna. I always ask if there is fresh tuna when the tuna bowl is about empty. Tonight when I went in there was other food in the tuna bowl, so I asked if there was fresh tuna in the back, they said no, I said ok can you get the tuna under the food thats in the bowl. The man behind the counter stirred the bowl and proceeded to dish out my servings. The next guy to take my sandwich cooked my bacon but then he dumped the bacon back into the bane. I said thays alright just finish my sandwich please black olives only please. The experience was funny but not funny.
