Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Absolutely not ever again. I placed a drive thru order and was told to move into a waiting space in parking area which was absolutely no problem. I watched several cars that were waiting brought their food. After 20 minutes, I went inside and kindly said that I believed the employee gave my food to another car. The car that took my food took 2 bags of food and drove off when they ordered after me and when their food was one bag (it was delivered to my car). I understand people are thieves and want something for free but when I went inside, I was offered a dessert (none of my folks eat dessert) and told my food would be cooked "fresh". The kind worker at the counter was sweet but clearly flustered. I went back outside to my car. After waiting another 15 minutes, my friend went in and told them to refund me and cancel the order. She talked with the manager who again apologized and said she tries to tell them to verify the order with the car when they take the food out. Here is the problem.... no one asks your name, gives you a number, gets a car description or anything to identify you are accepting your own order. They bagged our food quickly. Items were missing when we got home and the fried (breaded) mushrooms were an utter disaster (see photo). The manager should have refunded the meal but offered my friend a "complimentary meal" when we returned of which my friend said that we would not be returning because there are too many other options on "chicken strip."

It should be noted that the last time I ate inside this location that the water in the restroom was not working. I waited a year before trying them again to this colossal fail. So, absolutely not ever again.

This location has been problematic since opening. They dropped the drive thru from 2 lanes (built for 2) to 1 which should have been a clear indication that the management needs to be modified and operational changes made for this location to run as it was intended. Owner needs to do a thorough inspection, have secret shoppers shop this location, and clean house with a major hiring event. Small changes won't fix...

Just came here today after church and slim chicken I guess it's been awhile since I've went because I don't remember there being a back porch or anything that's covered up indoors but it is amazing people smile they serve you great the atmosphere is amazing the food is outstanding honestly I will come here for a first date for like a little get-together with family and friends or just a little bible study or something and just let people hear the word of God and spread the good news

God came down from heaven and he took the form of his son and he became man for us since John 1:14 the word became flesh!!

God sent his son to this world to save it from sin not to condemn the world for sin

Jesus Christ has taken all of our sins all the shame all of literally everything on that cross and he carried it for us to Calvary and he bled for us so we can be forgiven and so we can come back to the father

And on the third day God has resurrected Jesus Christ from the dead defeating death once and for all defeating sin once and for all and conquering the grave Jesus Christ is now the way through death to get to the other side

And over the course of 40 days he appeared to over 500 people that have witnessed his resurrection

And before Jesus Christ ascended back into heaven he said tell people about me spread by name and spread the gospel and he said I will be coming back for you one day

Believe and put your faith in Jesus Christ repent of your sins obey the father obey the commands because you will be judged on your heart and how you live your life and if you lived it separate that is your free will and you will send yourself to hell but if you lived it with God I truly shall tell you you will have...

One of the worst service I ever have had at a restaurant. I wanted 2 buffalo fried chicken salads. So I understand this salad already comes fried. On the website it requires you to pick 2 options the sauce and either grilled or fried, if you do make an option it will not let you finish the order. Fried wasn’t a option so I called the Hendersonville TN store and explained. They told me it already comes fried but I gave him my name and he said he will make sure it the salads came fried. (I had to pick grilled on the website since fried wasn’t an option and it wouldn’t let me continue without picking an option.)So I get there and tell them I had an online order and asked them to make sure it was fried. They said they will and then they proceed to give me two grilled salads. My sister was very polite and explained we ordered grilled. Then another girl that was not even involved in the situation comes out and said it’s our fault because we picked grilled, although my sister very politely explained that the website forced us to make an option and it wouldn’t let us pick fried on the website. Very bad service because we not one but THREE people mess up our order because of issues on the website that wouldn't let us pick to have our salad fried.
