Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Took the grandkids to the trampoline place and walked next door to the Pizza Hut to order some pizzas because I could not get them them on the phone. The girl on the counter ignored me for a few minutes and then asked for my name like she thought I was picking up. I told her I just wanted to order two , asked how long ( 20 minutes) and I paid. Came back in 20 minutes and got ignored again for a few minutes. Meanwhile I noticed that nobody making pizzas was wearing gloves or saw anybody wash their hands which concerned me a little. Finally a guy asked for my name and after looking at his computer he asked if it could be in another name ???? Not looking good at this point. When I told him I came in and paid 20 minutes ago he went to the back and came back and said one pizza was burned so they are going to make new ones. 20 minutes. I asked for the pizza that wasn’t burned but they said they trashed them. Needless to say I don’t think they ever made the pizzas. I asked for a refund because I really wasn’t real excited about eating a pizza they made anyway after hanging out in there a little while. Called Jet’s and had two delicious pizzas waiting on me when I got there. Great pizza and great service. Probably won’t be back to Pizza Hut for...

Doggone! I made the mistake twice (SMH). Again, I gave them a chance to redeem themselves with me......., and they dropped off an experiment in a pizza box. The best part of the pizza was the crust. It was to perfection. The rest of the pizza was awful. Can we get a pizza class going in Hendersonville for all of the pizza places? There seems to be no passion for the art of making a pizza. You may have better success than I did, but I am DONE!

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:I wanted to try a new pizza place. Big mistake. Pizza should not be late and bad. A major component of ANY food is presentation. This pizza was thrown together, overcooked, and very poorly cut. I wish I could show you the picture of it. It was not worth the $25 I spent. I am not just picking on them. My pizzas may have been the only ones thay were bad all night. But unfortunately they delivered them to me. I've reached out on 3 occasions to address the issues I had with my last order. Each contact I made was deflected with a call the GM in the morning. The last attempt resulted in a what if it's the same woman that keeps calling for the manager oh it is it is and then I'm put on hold. Not a good sign of customer appreciation at all. My big box order was not up to pizza hut standard not even teenage boy standards. The wings where rubbery and under cooked the pizza seemed more aligned with precooked little Caesars but the real disappointment was in how it's been handled. I prefer to spend money with establishments that strive to provide a fair trade of goods for money, as opposed to whatever money grab they got going on here.
