Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Normally, i would give them a good review. That is before last night's experience. I stopped in to order a pizza. My venmo card is screwed up, and they couldn't break a $100. No problem. it states that on the door. So, I tell the young man I will run to Walgreens and put some mo ey on another card and get change to. And by then my pizza will be ready. It was probably 11:20. I didn't rush no need. But when I pulled back up I noticed the lights were off. And I saw the guy inside and another employee a d they saw me and went into an office or store room. And didn't come back k out as I knocked it was still not closing time and I wanted my $28 pizza. But after a few minutes one guy comes out axts like he didn't see me a d dipped into another room or cooler in back. I had been there a long enough time to. Notice there were no boxes sitting there. So, I guess he just decided he didn't feel like feeling another pizza and his reaction. Was to co.pletely ignore a paying customer that had gone out of my way to go get change and put. money on another card to pay for tje pizza that I had ordered. I couldn't find a number of whomever owns the place to call and complain. But, I did notice the business hours on there and it still wasn't closing time according to tje hours on the door there was 8 or 10 minutes left And remember this part. I was there trying to get them to acknowledge me for 15 minutes at least at the price of the pizza I ordered. I figure he had time to sell several more. Not who I would want watching my interest. Poor, unexceptable service as far as I am concerned. I only owed from there a couple tes a week. But, I will not patronize a business that disrespected me the way that fella did last night. I have called and ordered the same thing for as long as I can remember. I was on the road driving and trying to order pizzas for my son and his friends that were staying at my house for his birthday. I called and asked to order the mix and match for $6.99 each. I was told that it was only for online ordering. I explained that I have never ordered online and have always called. He said he was just a driver and could not give me the discount. I explained that there was no discount, this has been a deal they have had for a long time. He pushed me to order online. I said can you not take my order? He said is there anything else I can help you with? I said YES, you can take my order. He said do you not have a smartphone? Just go online and order. I said do you have a job that you are supposed to be doing? I asked to speak to the manager on duty, and he said they were too busy making pizzas. I asked again and he put a manager on the phone that was just as rude as he was. He said they do not offer that deal except for online ordering. I asked him since when? He said about 5 months ago. I explained again that I had just ordered from them 3 weeks ago and I CALLED to place my order and ordered the same mix and match and have never ordered online. He even verified that my last order was on 9/30 and it was the mix and match deal. The same deal that I CALLED and ordered over the phone. He said they were busy and if I wanted to place an order and get the $6.99 mix and match, I would have to order online. Apparently, they don't take orders on the phone anymore or they are just too lazy to do their jobs. Papa Johns will have my business...

Ordered 2 pizzas carry out on the app. It said 15-20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and drove to the parking lot. I waited there another 20 minutes until my order was finally marked ready. I walked in and told them I wanted to pick up my order and they said it was still in the oven. I saw the guy in the back cutting one of my pizzas, so they obviously marked it ready when it wasn’t. I finally grabbed them and headed home. When I drove 15 minutes home I opened up the pizzas and realized one of them was the wrong pie. When we called dominoes, they kept pretending like they couldn’t hear us on the phone and were extremely rude and “too busy” to talk. All this and the two pizzas were $53 total! For this garbage and for it to be late and wrong…needless to say we will never eat dominos again

Update: we did finally get out pizza after driving back and returning the wrong one. They grabbed the wrong one and started eating it in the back….they remade (or actually made) our pizza and gave it to us. We checked and and told another guy walking out to check his. He said he did because he was returning because they also have him the wrong pizza. Finally get home and it is seriously one of the nastiest pizzas I’ve ever had. my decision to never eat here again is even...
