KFC — Restaurant in Hendersonville

So I happened to pop in here on a whim as my parents had texted they were stopping there with my almost 5 yr old daughter to get dinner after her gymnastics class. I was on my way home from work starving and just so happened to be 2 min away. So although I usually wouldn't dare eat fast food ...I will everysoften if circumstances arise. Usually it would be Chick Fila a or something. (Yes I'm about if a self proclaimed food snob)I had not eaten at a KFC in years , like 5, 6 years?? I was honestly blown away. I immediately noticed how clean it was and there was only one other family in there dining . Next was how delightful the woman taking our order was. So patient, helpful , kind and courteous which is too often hard to find at any service establishment these days. Next was the FOOD. I mean I was starving so it probably tasted 2x a good but seriously everything was so fresh , perfect temp , doneness, crispness... the whole family was loving it. My daughter tried having gravy on mashed potatoes for first time and fell in love. Our sweet lady checked on us several times and made sure we were all happy...

I had not been to this KFC nor any KFC since 2020 because of THIS location's inexcusably poor customer service. Tried this location again today but thought I would make it easier on myself and order online. It would not accept the order - just kept re-routing me to choose a location. So, I downloaded the app - but the app glitched repeatedly and would accept no payment information. Traveled to this location anyway to order a meal and was told no orders would be taken via intercom/window because they accept online orders only. When it was explained that the website and app both failed to work, the KFC employee stated he would make no exceptions and he made no effort to assist with the app. Went to Cap'N D's today instead because they were more than happy to take my order over the intercom and take my money...

Usually when I place my orders they come out correct and without any issue, but today I come through the drive thru. There is no line or anything so should be fine. When I start to order I am interrupted in the middle of giving my order and then after trying to complete the order, the employee at the drive thru speaker starts talking about random things, I guess to their coworker, and then just doesn't respond for about 5 minutes until they come back and ask for my order thinking I am a new customer. After I get my order, I realize that the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered didn't have any gravy at all. Super disappointing that it was difficult to place an order with only 2 cars in line. I give 3 three stars cause half of my order was correct and this usually doesn't happen so my assumption is that it is...
