I have received less than what I have paid for and ordered twice from the drive through window. I let it slide with the first one but today , it happened again. I had to stop and count my order and it was one item less. I was very upset that it will slow me down but decided to go ahead and turn around. Not a lot of money involved but the somebody needs to know this frustrating experience. The manager took care of my complaint right away. I gave him my receipt. I ordered three 2 for five items and showed him I was one item short. I also had one sausage and biscuit for my mom. It took him a little longer to process my missing item but came back with 2 brown bags. Told me 3 items per bag which I did not bother checking. He even offered to give me new honey mustard sauces but I was in a hurry this time, I declined . When I got to my destination, I was still one item short for the 2 for five deal. He counted the sausage and biscuit as part of the deal! I only have five items! Arrrrrhghhhh!!! My point is that I did not get what I have ordered and paid for. And if I complain about it, I lose time more than anything, and my hard earned money. What happened to dependability, efficiency and honesty? I waited a few mins in their designated parking spot for an order that was already messed up . I trusted you guys but you failed me big time. Either the employees are not paying attention, don't know how to count or just don't care about the customer. You can be fast, efficient and honest like the Indian lake McDonald's. I can assure you that they are faster, dependable and trustworthy. After the bad experience at your store, I went to the Indian lake branch #34469. I have ordered four 2 for $5 items and 2 sausage & biscuits. I was out of there in no time, considering their drive through was full. I intentionally did not check my order...because I believe in them. When I got home, I have exactly what I have ordered! Nothing less! and the peace of mind that I know they take very good care of their customers!

I ordered two Double Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger Meals through the McDonald’s App. However, to my great concern, the meals delivered were undercooked, which is especially alarming as my wife, who is currently pregnant, noticed this after her first bite. Consuming undercooked food can be particularly dangerous for pregnant women, making this oversight unacceptable. Upon discovering this issue, I immediately contacted the store, hoping for a swift and empathetic resolution. Unfortunately, the response was deeply unsatisfactory. The staff member insisted that the only way to process a refund was for me to drive to the store with the undercooked meals in hand. This request could have been more practical and ignored the purpose of using a delivery service chosen for convenience and to avoid unnecessary travel. I proposed sending photos of the undercooked food as proof, but this suggestion was met with reluctance and a lack of cooperation. It's disheartening and frustrating to encounter such disregard for customer service, food quality, and, most importantly, customer health and safety in this situation. Stand in line to order at kiosk, then, after the very long process of being your own cashier, you get to stand in ANOTHER line again at the registers to pay!And they raised most of the prices... Yay! What fun! Double the hastle! I'm confused as to how this is an improvement but hey, some people may enjoy that. I'm not one of them though. Cashier were very friendly, The quarter pounder with cheese seemed to be smaller, but the price was much larger than the last b time I had one, but with the McDonalds app on my phone I got a second quarter pounder for $1 witch made it well worth the price. Be sure to download the app. Lots of great deals in it! I was dissapointed when nobody knew anything about the free Big Mac for a year coupons we should have gotten as we were one of the first customers there at 5 on the grand re-opening. There were many signs stating it. Dishonesty doesn't sit well with me, so that's a lot of the reason for my low rating. my that and the 15 minute wait for my granddaughters sunday to be made while the employees joked around with the manager.
