My wife and I are always looking for new restaurants for Dinner, but we really never look for new places for breakfast.
We had just left a Dr. Appt and while in the waiting room we decided that we wanted breakfast after,
We thought about Cracker Barrel or IHOP but tbh it just seemed the the same ole same ole thing.....So I let my internet fingers do the walking and Googled "Best Breakfast in Hendersonville and Music City Diner popped up.
This was our 1st time visiting Music City Diner and after looking at the menu I asked the waitress (I believe Tiana) if it was possible to take the Raspberry Bliss pancakes and change that to French Toast. She said nobody had ordered it that way before but said that it should not be a problem and my wife ordered the Banana Nut Pancakes without powdered sugar.
The presentation was amazing but that is nothing compared to how delicious the actual food was and the portions were incredible.
I am not sure why we have never been here before but you can be sure it is now our new...
Read moreMy experience was so ridiculous it was almost comical. I placed a togo order over the phone and ordered a total of four of the 2 egg breakfast meals. When I received the food it had four individual boxes of potatoes but only two boxes of eggs. When I asked my server where my two remaining sides of eggs were she claimed that they combined them all into the same box…. I looked at the eggs and it was clearly only two eggs in the box and not four like she claimed so I asked her for the remaining two orders we were missing. She still proceeded to only give me one more box of eggs with a very small portion of eggs. I finally left because I didn’t want to deal with it and I can assure you I won’t be back. This photo is what she claimed was four eggs. So now I’m feeding four people with four boxes of potatoes and only 3...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. The staff was exceptionally rude, and we will never be back.
We were patiently waiting for a table after being told the wait would be about 5 minutes, so we decided to hang out nearby. While waiting, I politely asked an employee if they offered call-ahead seating or reservations for future visits. Her response? “Well, the wait isn’t very long, or you could leave.” (As if I needed her permission to leave the restaurant.)
To make matters worse, another employee started laughing and then excused herself, as if she was laughing at us. The complete lack of respect prompted my husband to suggest we leave, and that’s exactly what we did.
Young employees need to develop basic social intelligence and learn how to treat customers with common decency. This experience was incredibly...
