I can say undoubtedly that this is the best Mexican place in the area. Their food is absolutely amazing, and very authentic. The seafood looks so fresh that it might just hop off your plate. They have endless options, including vegetarian options, seafood, and of course delectable Mexican. I had the shrimp burrito, the fish taco, and the salsa verde Enchiladas. Whatever you're imaging from previous Mexican restraunts, put that out of your mind, the food was so flavorful and fresh, absolutely delicious, you haven't tasted Mexican until you've eaten here. The portions were more than enough to feed 3 people. Don't even get me started on one the best drinks Ive ever had in my life, the La Patrona, I got mine with a Corona, and it was so amazing, best alcoholic drink I've ever had, though not cheap($19.99). It came with 5 cocktail shrimp, that were cleaned properly(rare in my experience) and wonderfully fresh and perfectly cooked. On top of the food and my pricey drink, I also got 1 Corona, and a Monster Margarita(15.99), the total of the bill came out to a measly $90, not including a $20 tip for the amazing service we recieved. There was never a moment where we were waiting for the waitress to come by to ask for more drinks or food, and there was little to no wait for anything we ordered. The complimentary chips and salsa were also a delicious treat. If your hungry this should be the first place in mind. Idk what you're doing still...
Read moreIf I could give a zero that’s what this place would get. Do not waste your money. I ordered 2 steak fajita quesadillas for my husband and me and a taco salad for my grandmother as well as a large side of cheese dip. The cheese dip was diluted with water and so runny it wouldn’t even stay on the chip. When I called the restaurant the manager said they always make it that way. My grandmothers taco salad was so watery the shell it comes in was falling apart and she couldn’t even eat with a fork. Our quesadillas had one strip of bell pepper and 3 tiny strips of steak and tons of onions with a little bit of cheese. I told the manager I would like to be reimbursed and he just kept telling me I had to call the company and he didn’t care if I give him a bad review because that’s how they always make it. So i would avoid this place...
Read moreOk so first of all the salsa was amazing so that gets the extra star. I got the burrito Texano and I’ll say it kinda tasted like it was made in a microwave. The steak in said burrito has no char or any flavor whatsoever. People saying this is the best Mexican place in the area need to do some more research cause this ain’t it chief. My kid picked at his burrito too and said it ain’t the worst but it’s not great. I couldn’t agree more. I’m also giving a 2 because we were told to sit down. We got salsa but waited for at least 20 minutes before I had to get up and ask for menus and drinks. 4 people were standing around chatting completely ignoring us. Not a great experience at all, but like I said the salsa was banging but asides from that? Below average. De La Paz in White House...
