This place is hands down amazing! From the moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed and emersed in one of the most relaxing and comfortable environments. Daniel and Erin have made Artifact Collective an experience, and not just a haircut. They take their time to make sure they do it right - they're not just trying to make a buck. And the more senior barbers and stylists graciously mentor and assist the others - it's not competitive. I always look forward to going here, getting a beverage, and receiving the best haircut that I've had from anywhere (seriously, I'm very particular and have often fixed bad cuts myself). While there are many barber shops closer to me, I willingly go out of my way to go here, and I'll occasionally stop in to say hi when I'm in the area. I always go to Erin for my cuts. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure things are correct before I'm done. I've also learned a lot about how to care and manage my hair from her. Had the best experience today. Came in for a trim with my brother, Austin, (ATTENTION DUDES - make an appt with him!!) he was just going to do a quick trim since it’s difficult for me to get in with my regular stylist. However, after attempting to begin trimming we had found out that my ends needed more than just a trim. My hair needed some serious TLC (and I’m not talking about chasin’ waterfalls kind of TLC). Daniel came over and was discussing what was going on with my hair health and what we needed to do to correct the over processing that has taken place. I learned so much from him and felt like I finally can get my hair on the right track and it will finally grow. While it will be a process, I trust his and Erin’s game plan and recommendations. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The stylists, the decor, the service, the VIBE??? chef’s kiss I’m someone who n e v e r gets their hair done, especially not since becoming a mother. And I’m always nervous about getting it cut due to my wavy/curly texture (I always end up looking like a soggy poodle, growing it back out for as long as I can stretch it before I HAVE to do something with it). This experience, however, was SUCH a treat. Sydnee and Amber really took their time with me to understand the vision I had for what I wanted my hair to look like, gave me visuals to understand what they were describing doing, never made me feel rushed, were super sweet and fun to talk with and just overall made this hands-down the best hair experience I think I’ve ever had in my life.
