Burger King — Restaurant in Hercules

This was the worst service I’ve had ever at a drive thru!! They already are very very slow but I went to the restaurant at 8:30 in the dining area is supposed to be open until 9 PM as posted on the door but the doors were locked and they were ignoring me at the door. I had multiple people there to order for separately I went through the drive-through told them since their dining area was closed that I’m going to be having two separate transactions and she told me no I would have to pay for them altogether. I had to separate coupons that we planned on using for different families, she would not let me use. My Coupons was very rude and told me that I pretty much needed to play ring around the Rosie driving through the drive-through more than one time when there was already a long line and there was a large delivery truck, blocking the parking lot to access the drive-through, which made the line even longer. I don’t understand why they closed their dining area early and then expect their patrons to be inconvenienced and drive thru drive thru multiple time was stupid!! She was super rude and very unaccommodating when they should have had the dining area open as posted otherwise accommodate your patrons they don’t even deserve a one Starr that I had to post in...

I've been to this Burger King many times in the past, and it has gotten progressively worse. Today, after a long commute from the city, I decided to stop by and get something to eat for my family. My order was COMPLETELY wrong: I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers and got only 2 in my bag; I ordered 1 hamburger off the the broiler and didn't even get it; large order of fries was only half filled; whopper jr. had onions, when I specifically ordered without onions; I ordered 2 medium drinks, which I did not get. Usually, drinks are given first and they weren't, which is why I forgot all about them. I suppose I should have checked my order and remembered my drinks before I pulled away from the drive thru window, but my wait was already 15 minutes long. I just wanted my food and I wanted to go home. I figured if there was something wrong with my order, it wouldn't be that bad...unfortunately for me, it was. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I ordered 1 cheese burger with no pickles and of course they left the pickles in, which my son spits out because he hates pickles. I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and it didnt have bacon in it. My whopper and 3 spicy chicken sandwich where dry, luke warm and the bread was stale as hell. I also ordered 2 serving of chicken nuggets, one of the bag of nuggets was cold and the other was freshly fried. The french fries was barely warm.The food quality is very inconsistent at this location. I'm just very disappointed. I use to love BK because of how good the food use to be.

This place ruined my childhood memories for me. My mother use to take me to BK after she got off work because she was too tired to cook. The whoppers were juicy and the fries was hot and crispy. My mother and I would always prefer BK over McDonald's because at that time in our opinion the burgers was bigger, juicy and tasted better. Now it's just a waste of money and time .
