Phở Hanoi 89 — Restaurant in Hercules

Probably the most disappointing Vietnamese food I’ve had. I ordered the grilled beef with egg roll and the beef wasn’t seasoned, no char, odd texture, and the egg roll was dry and bland. Someone else got the grilled chicken and egg roll and it did not have flavor either. Same with the chicken wings, no flavor and dry. The Bo luc lac was spicy but that wasn’t indicated on the menu so that wasn’t enjoyable for the person that ordered it but it also lacked flavor and salt. No one enjoyed their dish.
