Tried ordering online kept saying error 400 wouldn't let me do it. When it finally went through and got delivered it was the wrong pizza altogether. Called and was told were going to remake it because it was delivered elsewhere. Not even at a discount I had to go pick it up or wait another hout for delivery. Went to go pick up "fresh" pizza and brought it home. This pizza was not fresh at all. This was the original pizza from an hour ago sitting beneath heat lamp. I called and asked to talk to manager. I was told there was no manager. Ok sure. Let me talk to supervisor then. I was told there was no supervisor. To which I asked they left you guys on a shift with no one in charge? Let me talk to who's next in line of being in charge. I was told again there was no one I'm charge there but I could tell the girl on the phone and she would tell them. Don't usually write negative reviews but I feel I must warn people. For one my order was 45 dollars which wasn't an issue because I ordered two medium pizzas and wings. Why I'm upset now is because the order came two and a half hours late because they said their printer broke, I ordered online. The pizzas were a mess, they look like they had just been thrown into the box and the buffalo wings had no sauce on them. And at this point everyone was so hungry we didnt care. But I also found a small piece of paper under the cheese of one of the pizza slices... this is the 3rd time I've had a problem with this particular mountain mikes. The last time they gave me a salad with no lettuce and it became a big debate. Stay away...

Horrible. Ordered and paid for pizza online for pickup 1.5 hours later. Showed up 7 minutes before pickup time. Employee at cashier station ignored me and took over 5 calls with me standing in front of him. After 7 minutes I finally asked an employee to come up from the back. They said my pizza was never ordered. Showed them my phone with order confirmation and payment.
Employee said oder didn't come through. I called Slice (online ordering on mountain Mike's website). Waited another 9 minutes on hold and he said my food is ready... 37 minutes after I showed up.
Its Halloween and I have 8 hungry kids. Total disappointment. No apology. Won't go back to this location...along with the parents of the other...
