Undecided. This is what's left after taking out the 8 small pieces of chicken and adding it to the side of rice.. Hot and Spicy Chicken is the plate. Sauce is great. I guess it can differ depending on what you order..Quality was great. If you like a whole onion and bell pepper this plate is for you. This was not for me.. the buffet is closed due to Covid. I'm not critical about service, all I ask for is my food brought to me and refills. Service was fine.

The waitress was the best we have experienced compared to any other place we have been to. 1st night back after maternity leave too, she was very happy and her confidence in her job and what she does really shined. The food came out fresh and hot. And the quantity was amazing for the price. Best Chinese food we have had! But the service was top notch and made the experience for the 1st time being here! We will be back and recommend to others for sure!

Have not eaten here in years and although I was sad that the buffet was closed the food is the same excellent quality as it has been for years. I worked in Hermiston for 14 years and this was my go to place....now a road trip to Portland the food does not and will not dissapoint. We will always try to stop for this excellent little place and you should too.

Been coming here for years. like this place alot. The only constructive criticism i can suggest about this place is... THEY SHOULD UPDATE THE MENU!!! maybe put ingredients and/or a brief description of the food orders with the foreign names. like how am i or anyone else who doesn't speak their language know what MAR FAR CHICKEN is?!?!!?!? we have to ask the waiters what it is, that's probably annoying for the waiters. just saying. maybe new or old customers would like to try other items without doing a mystery order to find out what it is they just ordered.... if it wasn't for that, i would give this place 5/5 stars. loses a star for that. i will update my review if they ever change that about their menu..... have a excellent day tax paying...
