Smoke City For Less — Local services in Hermiston

Turns out its easy to get banned from Smoke City!

I went in with a face covering and was having some breathing issues and I asked one of the workers there if I could take off my covering due to my breathing issues (I have a legitimate doctors note for it as well) and when I did so the owner saw it on the cameras and called the store and told the associates to not sell me anything. I made a case that I was willing to wear the face covering and I had only taken it off because one of the store associates stated that I could take it off which he admitted to in front of the other staff member.

They stated that if I had stated I had a note when I entered the store I would have been able to not wear the mask. I apologized for not doing so and stated that if its ok I will pull my covering back up and buy my items. They said no, come back tomorrow and you can buy it. I stated that I only took it off because I was told I could by a store associate and then I was banned.

If you have a medical issue STATE THE ISSUE WHEN YOU GO IN so you don't end up like me.

Very lacking in customer service, if you don’t know what you want in their vast selection of e juices don’t bother going in. I gave them my flavor preference expecting some suggestions the guy grabs one and takes it right to register to ring up I ask what flavor it is and he shows me the side of the bottle where 3 fruit icons were shown I was able to make out kiwi and an orange and had to ask the him to specify (because speaking is so difficult??). At that point I was feeling like a burden and they just wanted me to leave. I purchased unsure if I would even like the flavor and lo and behold I did not. To top it off they didn’t even get the right coil I requested. I went back in and they apologized that I didn’t lie the flavor but offered nothing to do about it. It sucks that smoke City does not keep their store open in Hermiston Oregon till 9:00 I've been there several times before 9:00 like maybe 10 to 5 minutes before it closes and they already closed I seen several cars there one time today I went there and they were closed before 9:00 and they told me no that they're closed so man you still have a few more minutes there's three customers outside waiting to get what they needed to get from there and no they did not have their store open before 9:00 they closed way before 9:00 it sucks Smoke City that you don't keep your stores open before the time you guys need to close...
