Fortune Garden — Restaurant in Hermiston

I have ordered take out a few times from this restaurant. It's usually okay. Quick and hot. I made the mistake of visiting the restaurant in person with my two kids and my husband. Upon entering my husband noted they had failed their inspection. I wish he had told me prior to being seated. We got the worst booth in the place. Huge holes in the seat cushions, over all filthy, and we were never even given water. This isn't a surprise given the failed inspection. We then sat for 30 mins waiting for tea and food. When the food arrived the portions were huge. However they were over sauced and I immediately noted they had undercooked the chicken in one dish. We left quickly. Great food a favorite spot of mine for 14 years.
