I hate to leave a bad review but I think itâs important that the owner is aware of whatâs Going on in their restaurant when they are not there. Iâve actually been in the restaurant industry for the last 16 years so I know that these type of reviews are helpful as well. Weâve been coming to Rabanos for quite some time. About five of those times our order has been incorrect or food has been not fully cooked. Sometimes the staff is really nice or they donât really know what theyâre doing and they have complete attitudes and then the orders come out incorrect due to their negligence. I also think that the kitchen does not pay attention to what theyâre doing some of the times thatâs why the foods coming out incorrect. Well today our food was incorrect again m.It was just thrown together. The meat was not cooked all the way thru so the chicken was pink. The burrito had a long rosemary stem in it, which had my children bitten into that couldâve choked. Weâve had to complain several times and itâs just frustrating to have to drive back because people are just not doing their job. The food is wonderful here but when itâs bad itâs really bad so Iâm hoping that the owner does see this and Iâm sure he will hear from the manager because we had to speak with her and let her know what had happened .I understand that thereâs bad days in the restaurant industry but this happens more often than not.    Read moreI want to start first by saying this review is not about the food but on the customer service. We found this gem recently when a friend took my husband to lunch. We really like the food so have been coming there regularly. Yesterday, (07/21), my husband ordered food online for pick up. He specifically said for the kids meal (taco), no sauce or anything other than the chicken & light cheese. He picked it up and when he came home the chicken has chipotle looking sauce so my son refused to eat it. I called and was transferred to the manager (around 2:30PM) and I explained the situation and the manager in the most unfriendly voice (no apology for the mistake) and said it will be ready in 8 mins. I had to drive 10 mins to pick up the food and when I arrived the same unfriendly manager gave me the food and when I opened it, there is only one taco but we paid for two. When I asked, she rudely said âyou didnât tell me it was two, no apology again). The person who answered the phone asked me for the name on the order so assumed theyâd know what we paid for. If you want to keep a customer like us who lives around there and like the food, you need to have a much better customer service and a training for the manager on how to have basics customer service...
   Read moreWow! We had a FANTASTIC meal. We arrived just before the lunchtime rush. I hadnât been to Rabano in a while, and I was happy to see so many Vegan and Plant based options. I ordered the TofuBello sandwich with fries. It was perfect. Each element was properly prepared and the sum of each was a perfect bite every time. And the fries were excellent. You can order off of kiosks at the door. Or if you prefer a human touch, you can order at the counter. We ate in, and they brought our meals to the table. My friend enjoyed her meat based bowl. Wonderful for groups who want delicious plant or meat based food. For me, the one down side is the acoustics. Rabano has a small indoor seating area and the sound reverberates. We unfortunately had a screaming child and inattentive mother while we were there. The volume of the screams was nearly unbearable. Not the fault of Rabano, but something to consider if you have hearing issues with background noise. With that said, the food is delicious!!
