Best bike shop in the South Bay. Mohammed is the exact person you want to give your business to. He is friendly, cares about your experience when riding your bike, and is extremely knowledgeable. I went from a single speed to my first Road Bike (which was a big step up financially). I had minimal knowledge about Road Bikes, and Mohammed helped me every step of the way. After a ton of research and visiting all the local shops, he gave me the best bike, price, and experience. When you buy a bike from them, you get someone to help you with the bike forever. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Last Wednesday I was in the middle of a 50 bike mile ride (alone) when my derailed hanger snapped, sending the derailer into my spokes and rendering my bike useless. Since I was about 25 miles from home and it looked to be a $60 Uber ride to my house (if I could find someone who would take my bike) I got on Google Maps and found this shop. I then carried my bike 2 miles to see if there was anything they could do. They were amazing. By some miracle, they had the hanger, derailer and spokes that would fit my bike. After a little over an hour I was back on the road. Are you kidding me - an hour? I was so stranded, they easily could have fleeced me on the price, but their prices were amazingly reasonable. So, long story short, this bike shop was fantastic. And the guys there could not have been nicer. I will make the trip here to get my bike worked on from now on, that's how much I...

Came in here to ask a question about bike path riding. Here's how it went: Me - I have a question. (At this point, seeing that the 2 guys running the shop didn't look bikish, my Spidey senses were questioning their validity working in a bike shop.) Do you guys ride bike trails? Them- no. We don't ride. Me - But...this is a bike shop. Them - That don't mean anything. They both started chuckling at which point I turned around and left. This isn't a bike shop - it's a shop with bikes. And yes, there is a difference! Don't give these guys your time, let alone your money. Support cyclists who actually own a bike, use it and want to help...
