Very unprofessional refused to offer compensation for cold damaged pizzas that we watched the delivery driver drive around with for 30 minutes (we have video surveillance on our home and would be more than happy to provide it.) Then was grilled by the delivery driver for not giving her a tip(I can't believe she thought she deserved a tip after we watched her drive past our brightly lit town house that domino's has been to several times before. And go deliver the pizzas to a dark park across the street not associated with our address at all ) as stated our pizzas were Luke warm nearly cold by the time we received them. Management refused to give any type of compensation for the cold damaged pizzas and expected us to accept 50% off our next order. When I explained that we will never do business with a company that treats their consumers like that. The manager continued to try to force us to order from them again to receive compensation. Why would I ever use dominos again after this? Their drivers are incompetent, the pizzas are cold and damaged, and the management team wouldn't even make it right. The driver gave us no receipt. We have no idea if she authorized her own tip on the receipt. We ended up throwing away all 5 pizzas and drove to ledos to get fresh hot un damaged pizzas. The way your management team and driver handled this situation is an extremely unprofessional way to do business. Attached are the pictures of our crushed pizza boxes which our delivery driver almost refused to walk across the street to deliver to our home because it was heavy.... I need to be contacted by dominos corporate immediately.
I wish I took pictures of the pizza inside. To bad I threw away all 5 pizzas because the whole situation was a mess. On Saturday, May 16, 2020, I placed an order at 7:30pm and came to pickup at 8:00pm. The order included three large pizzas, 2 liter sprite, 20 Oz coke and cinnamon bread twist with sweet Icing. Some reason, they forgot to include the sweet icing in the box and I didn’t find out until later when we're about to eat it as a desert. I called the store to express my disappointment. I hoped they will apologize and offer me to pick up the sweet icing dipping, but instead the girl who answered the call hung up on me after I requested to speak to the manager. She also stated that she couldn’t do anything about it because the order was picked up two hours ago. The second time I called, she hung up on me once more. I used my wife’s mobile and called the store again and this time another girl answered the telephone. I requested to speak to the manager which she let me. The manager offered me a free sweet icing next time I order; that was not what I was hoping to hear. I wanted at least an apology and offer me to come pick it up if they can’t deliver to me. I told him, I would like to come and get it because we could not eat the cinnamon bread sticks without the icing dip. Finally, he agreed for a pickup. I have to admit this is the worst customer service, no quality control and care less about customer satisfaction. Read moreOn Friday my niece called and ordered a large pizza and large salad delivered to her home . After an hour she called back and was told they don’t deliver here . When she questioned as to why they didn’t tell her that when she place order they said they were sorry and they hung up on her . She tried calling back to speak to the manager and they wouldn’t pick up the phone and we all know that they have her phone number which they proceeded to block. I called back on my phone and asked speak to the manager Mohammad who informed me it was a very busy time between 530 and 730 . I explained that there were three hungry adults and one three-year-old crying for his pizza Mr. Mohammed proceeded to say yes we should have called you back and then hung up on me . I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life and needless to say not only will they not get my business but it will be going on Twitter and Facebook don’t order it this Domino’s . A service man that happened to be in the house said the same thing had happened to him twice and when he tried to pick up the pizza they wouldn’t open the door and told him they were closed he never got his pizza .
