I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pollo Campero in Herndon, Virginia! They catered my mother’s 75th birthday celebration, and it was truly exceptional. We had a guest list of 300 people, and every single one of them raved about the food! They loved it!

We ordered a delicious variety including their famous fried chicken, grilled chicken, chicken nuggets for the kids, rice, Campero beans, coleslaw, plantains and their incredibly flavorful mac & cheese. Everything was perfectly hot, fresh, and beautifully organized when it arrived. The delivery was punctual and seamless, which made such a huge difference for a large event like this. Thank you Okely for the delivery service.

From the very beginning, Carlos Gonzalez from the Pollo Campero call center was absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous about coordinating such a large order, but Carlos went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled. He patiently explained everything to me and followed up with calls just to reassure me that everything was on track. His customer service was top-notch and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any company.

Thanks to Carlos and the amazing Herndon team, the food was a HUGE hit and helped make my mom’s birthday celebration a truly memorable day for all of us. I am so grateful and appreciative of the professionalism, care, and quality Pollo Campero provided.

Just bc is the only campero around here , attention to service is awful. Instead of employees saying "am sorry i messed your order and am wasting your time" they get upset.

I completely understand human errors. Am human and make mistakes, but messing a single order of 12 pieces , 3 times and keep me waiting for over 25 min and they getting upset instead of I, come on !!!

I should be grateful of restaurants open and people working to feed me, but it is also a responsible thing to do, to treat customers in a decent manner.

Campero employees' lack customer service training,. They can care less about you coming back or not. I sincerely can't believe employee getting upset bc I asked for food to be dispensed as i had asked and paid for, 3 times...she messed up ..

Save yourself the hassle, swallow your pride, take the food a mess as they served it...

Unimpressed with the cleanliness of this particular location, tables were left dirty and it didn’t seem like anyone cared to clean. They also have plumbing issues in their bathrooms causing water to be all over the floor. We tried the new campero bowls that are being promoted and were unimpressed as well. The guacamole topping was frozen. Pieces of chicken are incredibly small. The fountain drinks as far as the horchata goes was empty and no one was checking on them to refill them. Very poorly managed. In all of this there was one employee wearing orange who was trying his best. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. They had a lot of orders backed up when we went (dinner time). Correct me if I’m wrong as I have no restaurant experience but if I know dinner time gets busy shouldn’t I be more...
