La Michoacana — Restaurant in Hesperia

I been here a total of 5 times. On the 6's time we came to get a large order. First of all they rape the heck out of the customers, we ordered 3 mangoniadas and they went up in price substantially withing 6 months. Just because an item gets sold a lot doesn't mean they got to inflate the price. Second we ordered an Esquite(a cup of corn) we cleared told the lady light mayo and butter. The butter was ok and the mayo was still drenching the cup but we couldn't see cause it was covered in cheese. At home we noticed so we called and the lady kept saying ok ok ok. "Well we cant do anything since you took it home already you have to buy another one". Terrible customer service shows how much they really care about their customers. I will never spend a penny of my money here with these unappreciative workers here. I will purchase American, Thrifty Ice...

Terrible customer service!!! I got an elote cup and asked for LIGHT mayo, when i got home to eat it i felt like i dipped my spoon into pure mayo with a little corn to go with it..disgusting! I call to let them know about their mistake to see if they can fix it & instead they tell me they can't do anything about it since i already took it home to eat it (who's eating this cup of mayo btw?!) & that I would just have to come back and pay for a new one (if they can even do it right this time) I said wow well it looks like you've lost a customer & all she can say is 'okay' ...smdh! And to think I was actually excited to go there in the first place,...

Ice cream is good but Customer service is horrible! 1st off my 4 year old daughter wanted to buy her own ice cream, and as she was counting the money the lady at the register huff and puffed and threw her hands down. Then while me and my husband were still trying to pick something out my daughter started to eat her ice cream and told us she couldn’t eat while we where still ordering something. Just a FYI last time I didn’t write a review after the last time I got attitude. If you can’t handle customer service maybe you shouldn’t work...
