Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hesperia

I have always liked Taco Bell's food until lately at the restaurant that is in Hesperia. About six months ago I went to the Taco Bell on Main st. & 'G' for some lunch after visiting the local wrecking yard. I ordered my food and went to the mens room to wash up to eat. The water was scalding hot even though I had turned on the cold water too. I wasn't able to keep my hands under the faucet! What the heck-!!! I checked it out and I looked under the sink and to my astonishment I realized there was no cold water pipe or hose coming out from the wall to the faucet. How can this be in a Taco Bell? So I went out back to the counter and asked for the manager. I told him what I found and over the course of the next few months the problem hadn't been fixed. I seen employees use the bathrooms while they're on duty making our food. I even try to submit this problem to corporate via email but received no response so after about four months I called the health Department and told them about this problem. Well as it turned out the complaint was legitimate and they made management fix the problem now there's pipes running up and down the wall in the men's and women's restrooms. Well yesterday I realized that the soap dispensers are not working. Opened it up so I can wash my hands with soap and water and found that there are Parts missing on the inside side that's making them inoperable 4 everyone I asked to speak to the manager a woman and she said it's been like that and that the changed them once in the past. This was a 5 star review that is being changed to 1 star , because this Taco Bell hired a girl named ' 'Carrie'..Who is rude and serves your food like slop. She is terrible for business and we will have to find another place to go because the service and the food are the worst (unedible slop, purposly made to be that way) She practically throws it at you and gives you plenty of attitude as well. When inquiring when the Mgr will be in she said " sometime next week" I believe she lied about her name when asked. Taco bell is paying "carrie" twenty dollars an hour to run off their business. Stay away from this taco bell or she might be the one making your food, believe me when I say it was 100% unedible! Its the worst taco bell in the high desert now, instead of the best. Our experience was so bad, we elected to contact Taco Bell Corp to let them know the manager of this store is conviently out for the next week and all hell has broken loose since they left ' carrie ' in charge of running off...

Ordered my food and the big cheez it box. 3 items missing, immediately parked and informed this location. Had errans to run, so when I got home, I noticed items from my combo missing and no big cheez it in my crunchewrap. Tried to call this location 4 times, got disconnected and no answer. Went back, and explained my cheez it crunchwrap had no cheez it. I was told that this was the last time they could remake my food. Excuse me? It was their fault in the first place, stop cheating customers out of items and do your jobs correct the first time. The audacity, first, you didnt give me everything I paid for (company error), second, you dont answer the phone (company error), third, the item is supposed to include a big cheez it, which it didnt, and when you remade the food, the cheez it was still not included.
