This problem has gone on for at least 6 months at the 17375 Main Street, Hesperia, CA 92345 location. I drive-thru today 03/03/2023 in the morning to order a simple hamburger and can't get one until after 11am. I don't want breakfast as I am allergic to eggs. I like burgers! What's wrong with that? Yet when I have visited this location before, the manager had told me Wendy's makes hamburgers in the morning too, but I would just have to order and wait a few minutes longer. I have no problem with this! She told me that she would talk with the morning crew about this and this wouldn't happen again. No problem, right? But the problem continues bc this same guy taking my drive-thru order tells me no hamburger orders until 11am, every time I order drive-thru in the morning. I tell him that I ordered burgers in the morning before, but he tells me we don't do that anymore. This guy has said this to me about a dozen times now over the past 3-4 months. Only the drive-thru morning shift guy does this. No other Wendy's within a 10 mile radius has done this as I have driven thru and ordered a burger in the morning. I thought the manager had a talk with the morning crew? Are the morning crew afraid of making burger's in the morning? Are they against customer requests for a simple burger order? Does everyone have to eat eggs or sausage for breakfast? I just don't get it. I didn't want to raise a stink about this but no one is listening. So this morning I called Wendy's Corporate. They took down my formal complaint. I hope this time the store in question will serve their customers better, or they will lose more and more customers due to "non-breakfast egg" people. Yes, human allergies to...
Read moreWanted to dine in for a quick bite. Right away we went to the kiosk & didn’t see the chicken tenders on that menu. My Bf went to the counter to ask one of the 5 people surrounding the drive through & fry area how to find the chicken tenders on the kiosk. My bf says “Excuse me” first the Shift Leader/Supervisor looked straight at him & continues to serve some fries, my bf said “Excuse me” again, & she again looks at my bf then tells one of the guys they have a customer at the front. He looks at us, then proceeds to walk the other way. Another worker walks in front of us, my bf “excuse me”, the girl looks at us & keeps walking. Finally the Shift leader or whatever she was turns to us & says “Someone will be with you”. Mind you, all we had was a simple question. All 5 people that were walking back & forth between the drive through & fries ignored us. We weren’t being rude or anything. We said forget this & walked out. I know how it is to work in the fast food industry, but I also know it doesn’t take much to tell your customer “ Give us a minute, someone will be with you shortly”. Or something along those lines, but for every person to look at us then ignore us was the lowest customer service ever. If the boss ever wants to check their cameras to confirm their horrible customer service check for today’s day Oct.19 about 6:40-6:45pm. Your team sucks. Can’t even give a split second to your customer.. Smh. We still wanted Wendy’s, so we drove 15 minutes away to the next one. Way better customer service. I’ll leave them a good review, they did what this Wendy’s...
Read moreThe 2 men working the morning of 9/06/25 were amazing they helped me with my car and I told the guy working the drive thru. That I have an order I'm going to pick up, he asked me the name on the order. I figured he would have had it ready for me in the drive thru. But no he went beyond and brought my order out to me. I am on dialysis and have never had such wonderful service, they both need a raise for being such gentlemen. That ladies and gentlemen is not taught, that was how they were raised. Kudos to the parents of these wonderful young men. You should definitely be proud!! Because of them I will continue to eat at Wendy's I wish I had gotten their names. Because I can't express the type of gratitude these gentlemen offered me. God bless you...
