McDonald's — Restaurant in Hialeah

They happily gave me my fries cold, I ask them to please change them. They agree to change them. Told me, "go to the next window". So I went. Since this is a course you have to eat hot, or you won't eat, I started eating my burger, without no fries. They continue to serve cold fries. I can see them through my rear view mirror. I hunk them several times, nada, sandwich got to half. Went around.

As I went around I met in front of me the great family. They decided to come to McD right in front of a half sandwich served man without papitas calientes and you know how I was right? So I waited until the great family ended their order (that poor guy in the car only was swinging his head to the people inside the car to confirm their orders) until we all went to the window.

Once at the window the guy receiving orders was so polite, he said "oh am sorry this had happened to you, she said she forgot, forgive me about that" very nicely. That guy is a hero. Because is true, we all make mistakes. But I'm the luckiest of McDonalds customers. That doesn't happen to the CEO. Andof course it'll happen to him too. I bet. Lol. So I went to the next (second window thru where they serve), there were my papitas. My sandwich almost gone guys. Almost gone.

So, all was fine, I ate that 4th of July after midnight. Just not all was ready when I wanted it. So, just make sure you don't move from your window when they serve you wrong. Because they'll continue to mess up to the...

Worse McDonalds experience, ever

Worst Location I call it McDonald’s high school it’s ran by high school kids just getting paid to hang out while managers are only around when you call for a compliant. if you want service yell out OYE! then your order. if your missing something because your always missing something at this location scream out OYE! wheres this item! At the workers. it’s the best way to get anything done here don’t! wait at a register it’s there for looks just use a kiosk but after you ordered make sure you scream OYE! This is how you get the best service at this location. I had a complaint today manager told me they were sorry because they were so busy as 4 workers stood behind her as she spoke to me for 10 mins just standing there giving a angry look because of my complaint Really “busy” The store had 3 other people in it!
