Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The lady who manages this location desperately needs a basic refresher on customer service or should be fired due to her sheer incompetence. While all these issues are true, the way she treated her staff was absolutely appalling!
Here is some background on what led me to take the time to write this review:
I went through the drive-thru to place an order. The McDonald's app was advertising a coupon for "a free large fries with any purchase." I gave the cashier my coupon code, and my phone alerted me that the coupon had been received.
The cashier then informed me, "The coupon has already been used." I replied, "That is impossible as I haven't been to McDonald's today and my phone just alerted me that the coupon was accepted by you."
The cashier continued, "We have been having issues with our system today, I am sorry."
I responded, "Well, that's fine. This coupon is for a large fries. Can you please honor it?" He was reluctant but said he would tell his manager and assured me I would receive the large fries.
I then paid for my food at the first window and spoke to the cashier again, mentioning, "I will receive the large fries, correct?" He said "Yes," and proceeded to tell his manager.
I received my food and opened the bag to find everything except the large fries. Stunned, I told the lady, "Excuse me, you're missing an item." She didn't speak English and got the original cashier.
I said to him, "Where are my large fries? You said I would get them. They are being advertised, and I paid for them as the coupon was received and you explicitly said I would receive what McDonald's is advertising."
The cashier said, "My manager didn't want to honor it."
I then asked to speak with the manager. He was reluctant but tried the coupon again. For the second time, the coupon went through, and their system 'glitched'.
I insisted, "Please get your manager as this doesn't make any sense."
When the manager came over, she was extremely rude. Although she didn't speak English, her tone and demeanor were clear—she was yelling at me. The poor cashier, in an attempt to resolve the situation, offered me a medium fries.
I explained, "I don't want a medium. I expect to receive what I paid for under the coupon's agreement."
She continued to yell at me, refusing to honor the coupon for the large fries.
She was willing to hold up a car line during peak dinner service over something that was entirely McDonald's fault. This is utterly ridiculous.

Like about a month ago I went to eat here and since they have the new services where you place your own order on the touch screens when I got there they just told me to go to the screen and place my order very rudely. Then, I didn't know how to use the new touchscreen and I originally ordered two McChickens, medium fries, and a soda. I originally wanted and put on the order two McChickens, a ten piece chicken nugget, medium fries and a soda. When I saw that it was too much I deleted the nuggets and changed the fries to small and changed the soda to medium and the screen and receipt gave me one total and when I took the receipt to the cashier she charged me more and when they brought me my food to my table they gave me my original order and pretty much charged me for that order after I deleted and changed my order. Then four days ago I go through the drive through and my total was $10 I gave the cashier at the window a $20 bill and she gave me no change back. Yes I did notice after I got to my house and I didn't feel like going back with the receipt and in a way it's my fault but at the same time their customer service sucks big time and they don't really pay attention at all to what they are doing. Read moreI’m beyond frustrated with this McDonald’s location. I went twice in less than 24 hours, and BOTH times they messed up my order.
The first time was around 3:45 PM, and I dealt with a younger Spanish woman at the window. She rushed through the order, gave me attitude, and still managed to forget items I paid for. I let it slide that time, even though it was irritating, because I figured maybe it was a busy shift or an honest mistake.
But then I came back again at around 12:30 AM, and this time there was an older Spanish lady working the window — and AGAIN my order was incomplete. They forgot a 4-piece nugget and a small fry on TWO separate meals. So not only did I get shorted on one order, but BOTH meals I paid for were wrong. That’s absolutely unacceptable.
How do you mess up the same customer’s food twice in a row? The workers clearly don’t care, and there’s no pride or professionalism coming from that staff. It feels like they’re either too lazy to double-check the orders or just don’t give a damn once you drive off. This is basic customer service 101 and they’re failing at it miserably.
What’s worse is there’s no apology, no accountability, just an annoyed look if you come back to say something is missing. I paid for a full order and got half of it, TWICE. That’s stealing in my eyes.
This place is unreliable, careless, and the people running the drive-thru need to be retrained or replaced. Management clearly isn’t doing their job if this is what they’re allowing to happen. I’ll be reaching out to corporate because this is ridiculous and disrespectful to customers.
