Pollo Tropical

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Mind you i was dreading coming here due to past unpleasant experiences, but my wife was craving Pollo tropical and because it was close I decieded to treat my wife giving hialeah pollo tropical a chance. Once more needless to say it was no surprise, to my expectation once more the experience was horrible. One of the worse pollo tropical I have ever been too. I'm going to go to the one on NW 25th street which is further than my home but it has way better service than this place. I dont know if its because it's in Hialeah, but I'm usually a passive customer but the line is drawn when it constantly happens. The lady at the register was beyond rude. The food they give you is almost half of everything. The beans was mostly water no beans. But let me take back to the lady at the register. She was rude and obnoxious. I ordered the family meal, and usually with the family meal we like bbq sauce pollopollo fresh salsa and garlic salsa. The last gives me one of each. I asked her if she can give me more,... when I asked her she gave me a rude look.. even than she only gave me one bbq sauce. I told her lady the family meal serves 4 people, and your only giving me 2 bbq sauces can I have more please. She said that's enough I gave you enough. Which I replied you gave me e fresh salsa and 2 bbq. Why are you arguing with me over sauces. Are you the one paying for them?. NO.. so why dont you just give me what I ask. So she gave me the sauces, the last thing she h Need to do was throw it at me. That would've tipped the jar. But I told my wife.. this is the last time i go to pollo tropical in Hialeah west 49the street and 16th ave. Its frustrating but if you dont want to work than dont go to work. Nasty attitude..
