Room number 129 My husband and I decided to stay here on Saturday. I think we checked in like around 3 o’clock in the morning. I wish, I would’ve read the reviews before coming here I would’ve never came to this place. I told her I wanted to check out like around 11:30 or 12. I keep on telling her I will pay whatever we have to pay it doesn’t matter. Because she was already giving us a hard time. Gave us a room that nothing was working and it was disgusting. Supposedly all the rooms have a different theme. I told my husband what type of room is this, because everything is falling apart. This is what we’re paying for. Cables hanging from the ceiling, Could be a fire hazard. At least for 15 minutes we were trying to figure out the lights situation. Would’ve been nice if the lady at the front would’ve told us something. I wanted to use the Jacuzzi and it was full of hair and sand. It was disgusting. The window in front of the Jacuzzi was shot and you could see the bullet that it went through and it was never changed. My husband starts looking at it and he’s like that’s a gun shot. I couldn’t believe it. The radio downstair wasn’t working neither. The tile by the Jacuzzi was falling apart as well. The door handle to go into the bathroom fell down on us, and my husband had to put it back. Since we couldn’t use the Jacuzzi, we decided to use the shower. To see if we have any luck. The water was so hot that it was burning us. The water wouldn’t turn cold doesn’t matter where you would put it. I got so mad and I told my husband let’s get out of here. We were supposed to leave at 11:30. And before 11 o’clock someone knocks and comes into the room, kicking us out screaming very loud. Me and my husband or so scared and we were naked inside the room. I felt so violated, disrespected. You could’ve at least wait until 11:30. When you get there at night, you really can’t tell too much, because everything is dark. When we finally turn on the light and the sun is coming in through the bathroom. Roaches inside the room and cum shots all over the wall and with the stains on them. Of course that’s my husband’s fault. No one ever called me. They replied back with an email, trying to blame it on us. It’s the hotel fault for the way that the room is and how bad the service was how are you supposed to report something but nobody gets back to you and the lady at the front desk just acts crazy. You can’t report anything when they don’t answer...

Was travelling on business and booked in as convenient to airport....... Worst mistake EVER! On arrival to the hotel the street frontage was like a warehouse type and not very inviting at all. After checking in was advised that wi fi was in the breakfast room only not in room - 1st problem, walkway to rooms were closed in with screen mesh so no one could see who was walking around, walked in room and by our surprise the room was like er I can't even think of an appropriate name for it, cold tiled floor with huge cracks all over it, dark room with no windows, a single standing wardrobe with a slap of paint over it, the King bed with marks over the sheets and with 2 very tiny pillows on it and a huge mirror at the head bed side tables just wooden boxes and above the bed in the ceiling a huge window or mirror with a cover over it - 2nd problem, shower and toilet were green tiled and walled by all glass and had only been given a wipe over not clean - 3rd problem, marble bench with sink separated the shower and toilet with massive cracks and holes and looked as though it would collapse on the floor - 4th problem, 2 small towels were left but stored in the toilet cubicle - 5th problem, coffee making facility was on a wooden bench with only a minuscule sized dolls teacup for one - 6th problem, so called large plasma TV was only a 22" portable - 7th problem, room smelled so awful it was like.....mm I will leave it up to your imagination - 8th problem, the entire room made you feel like you didn't want to sit or even touch anything - 9th problem, did a massive retreat out of the room with bags in tow direct to reception and demanded a refund and was refused, just offered another room - 10th problem, whilst discussing this a so called 'lady of the night' checked in for a themed room for the night - well you will know what sort of establishment this is and not for people on real business trips. I think 3 stars is a load of crap that this place has been given and would definitely needs to be reviewed and inspected by the hotel association if there is one. Never...

The office staff was hired from a 3rd world country . They hardly speak English. Probably getting paid under the table. They are rude, they lie about their names, never pass messages to their manager, they don't pick up the phone. Etc. The rooms are very nice and maybe there are some nice people that work there. I myself have been trying to get a hold of manager/ower to speak about a serious problem that happened to me personally while staying at one of their rooms. When we checked into the room the room on the bottom floor it was full of water like about an inch or two of water in the room not knowing that when I walked into the room I slipped and I fell and I damaged my ride arm and I'm trying to talk to a manager so I can avoid a lawsuit against the hotel and nobody calls me back I have left many many messages with their from this people but they never seem to get to them I'm going to try it one more time and if they don't answer me back I'm going to file a lawsuit against them for renting a room that had water in the floor where the jacuzzi top was and not telling me about it three or four people in the hotel knew about it because they came into the room with squeegees trying to get the water out of the hotel room and they told me that it will be fine and the room got full of water again to the point that they have to change rooms because the water kept coming but I had already fallen and they saw my arm the way it was it was completely swollen. I'm trying to avoid a lawsuit but they just don't get it I think they don't want to call me back I'm going to wait till the end of this week coming up and if I don't hear from them I'm going to file a huge lawsuit against them if possible at all do not use this hotel they own several hotels in the area so try one of the other ones. Where the staff...

This is NOT a Hotel... It is a motel by any definition which is first off falsely advertised. Second if you are looking for a cheap discreet place to have an affair and don't care about what diseases you may be picking up while there, look no further. If you want a place to stay, relax, feel clean then keep on moving. The cold tile floors and dark rooms are designed for a quick sweep and it didn't even look like they did that much to the room they gave us. They had one sheet (not fitted) folded over the mattress and 1 sheet extra that looked like someone had just rushed out of bed when we walked in. My wife booked this through Orbitz because we wanted a decent deal for one night in Miami after getting off our cruise and surprisingly this place had better reviews than even the Holiday Inn (which is where we switched to thanks to Orbitz and it was a million times better). Please don't make the same mistake we did and think saving a couple of bucks is worth a stay in this place. We were literally afraid to sit anywhere in the room, especially on the striped "love seat" which there is no way they can truly clean after all the times this thing has been "used".

Love this hotel its very well kept and the sraff does a great job in maintaining there standard at a high level. From the moment you walk into the front desk and thought out the property the staff is always present and greeting you. The room decor is awesome, the room size are pretty big compare to the competition. Love the glass shower with the ceiling shower head, the separte private toilet room and spacious vanity. Bed is super comfy and 4 people can fit just fine. TV, CD radio player and snake bar make it the perfect stay.
