Today I went with family to this restaurant with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. Literally as soon as we walked inside of the restaurant there was a nice homey feel to it. We felt very welcomed to go inside. The servers were very polite to us and made us feel welcome. To start us off my parents ordered a Octopus A La Plancha and I ordered Pork Belly Chicharrón. In the card it says that they octopus is the chefs selection and let me tell you that the octopus was one of the best octopus dishes that I have ever had, and the pork belly chicharrones did not disappoint either they were very crunchy, flavorful, and juicy they were also very good. We were very surprised to on how fast they brought the plates and on how attentive our server was. The food was brought out in about 10-15 minutes and our server was there every time that we needed him and it wasn’t just us every time that a person would ask for him he would always be there and treated the clients nicely. For our entree we ordered, a mushroom barley risotto for my mom, a seared salmon for my dad, and a fettuccine with grilled tiger shrimp. The entrees were brought out us pretty fast. I swear to god, as soon as we were done eating our appetizers our food was brought to us. The fettuccine was flavorful and al dente, the seared salmon was well seasoned and it was full of umami, last the barley risotto was very good and my mom is a very big risotto fan so, if she says that it’s a good risotto it’s got to be good. Last, I made a request to server to see if they could do something for my parents anniversary and he said yes. After we ordered our dessert which was the black beast chocolate cake , they wrote happy anniversary on the cake and he also wished my parents a happy anniversary. This made my parents happy and I think that the dinner that we had wouldn’t of been complete without that little detail that he added on our dessert. I myself love chocolate a lot and am proud to say that the dessert was one of the best chocolate desserts that I have ever had. All in all, our experience in the restaurant was amazing and we lab to return in the future. If you are wondering who the waiters that attended us was his name is Leonor and Alberto they made us feel very welcome to the restaurant and made us happy. We were happy that they were able to attend in this...

Being that I am a local, I have not stayed at the hotel but have been lucky enough to have dined at the restaurant twice. I have yet to be disappointed. On the contrary, I am more impressed each time I go.
They have a great selection of wines to chose from and speaking of wine, they have Wine Wednesdays where all house wines are only $5 all day! Count me in!
Their Chicken causa and Bell peppers cream soup are amazing, as is their snapper with fire roasted vegetables.
Their Pink Panther coffee is silky, sugary, and the perfect end to a perfect meal!
The restaurant manager, Dunio, is extremely passionate about all of the menu items and can give you a detailed description of each. He comes around and makes sure you are having the best possible experience. The Hotel manager, Maripili, is very welcoming and available to answer any and all questions you may have regarding special promotions (the bar has something going on every night!) as well as the amenities offered to guests.
Parking is complimentary if you are dining at Miranda's and it is located behind the building.
This restaurant is what I like to call a hidden gem. It is inside a beautiful, modern hotel and is serving up some wonderful food and AMAZING service!
Give it a try - you...

We kicked things off with margaritas that were nothing short of perfection — the jalapeño-infused one had just the right kick, while the passion fruit margarita was smooth, sweet, and dangerously easy to drink. The cocktail menu was packed with Latin classics like mojitos, caipirinhas, and mezcal-based creations that had real depth and character.
On the food side, the tapas-style bites were a hit — we tried the chicharrón tacos, yuca fries with mojo sauce, and shrimp ceviche tostadas. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and full of personality. The portions were ideal for sharing and kept the table buzzing.
As the night went on, the bar turned up the energy with live DJ sets and Latin beats — salsa, reggaeton, bachata — the whole place started to feel like a rooftop party in Bogotá or Havana. The lighting was moody, the décor was warm and festive, and the crowd was lively without being chaotic.
Service was sharp and friendly, even with a full house. Whether you're here to sip slowly or dance all night, this Latin bar nails the balance of flavor, fun, and flair. Absolute five-star experience — ¡una noche...
