Office Depot — Local services in Miami Springs

I went to Office Depot today with a large photocopy project and had a very disappointing experience. The clerk in the copy department was rude and dismissive. When I approached him for assistance, he literally lifted his hand in front of his face as if to wave me away. When I asked if he could make the copies for me, he just pointed toward the self-service machine without saying a word.

It took me several minutes to figure out how to pay and adjust the settings properly. At one point, the machine jammed, and there was no one around to help. No staff member or supervisor was anywhere to be found.

This kind of poor customer service and lack of management oversight is completely unacceptable, especially in a store that advertises professional printing and business services. I won’t be returning to this location again unless major improvements are made in training and...

Never using this location again. Not professional for any copy/print services. I sent in a presentation to be printed in black and white, but when I got the job the print was very poor quality, as if the toner was almost running out, some areas had even white spots missing information. When I asked them to re-do it, the rep said that that was the way their printer worked because it's an old printer so I should expect it to be that way. That for the future, I had to make sure to request they use the newer printer so the job comes out properly. There is a girl that works in the printing department her name is Elizabeth, she has no customer service and doesn't appreciate the job opportunity that was given to her at office depot what's so ever, as I got in the store she asked me what I need, so I told her I wanted to print a picture, she told me to email it and went around the counter and got lost. There was a line the gentleman that was there had to call her 3 times and she walks with all her patience back to the printing started to print a job and I asked if she can work a little quicker cause I was in a rush and she said that she was only one person.
