9/23/2024 IM IMPRESSED THEY GOT IT RIGHT DUNKIN MIDNIGHT WAS GOOOD THIS MORNING !! (im NOT dumping this one out)

ok now lets work on getting the lid on so it doesn't leak coffee & chatty cathy needs to watch for her "toasted bagel with cream cheese" slips coming out of the printer (they looked at me like i was stupid when i sat there after receiving my coffee; then the new manager {with the great eyes} got chatty cathy pointed in the right direction) THANX !

other than that MAJOR DIFFERENCE & MAJOR IMPROVEMENT since my last visit

What a strangely bad experience at Dunkin' Donuts this morning! I ordered a Maple Bacon Cheese Croissant (delicious, by the way!) at the drive-thru. There were a few cars before me, so I decided I'd like a donut (from Dunkin' Donuts, mind you...), but when I got to the window and asked to add a Boston Cream, the lady said, "I don't do add-ons at the window." I thought it was a bad joke, but she was adamant, so I paid for the croissant. This location is attached to a convenience store, so I walked in to get a beverage, and seeing the open door, walked through to order my donut. I asked to speak to the manager, and there was a male there (who was dressed like a manager) who turned around and just kind of stared in my direction. The same lady I encountered at the window then walked up and he just pointed to her. I again inquired why I could not add a donut at the window, and said that I could understand if it was something that required preparation, but they really spent more time explaining to me why they couldn't add it than it would have taken if she'd just walked the 15 feet to grab one for me. She mumbled something to the effect of "they only give us 150 seconds..." and really didn't seem the least bit phased that I felt inconvenienced and the victim of bad customer service. I told her that represented a loss of revenue and served to just make customers mad. I'm really surprised that any company in a world competing for consumer dollars would turn away revenue while simultaneously making the consumer feel under-valued. That is not a winning combination, DD! I guess I can take my business 2 blocks up the road to...

I have been going to Dunkin for years as a mother of three and professional getting Coffee that was fast, affordable, and on the go is perfect! But since I moved to Florida I am ready to only remain a customer to Starbucks (also long time customer). No, starbuck is not always affordable but the coffee and food is much better. Especially what’s near me now. If I want donuts for my family I will stick to Krispy Kreme (always fresh and great deals) moving forward. Besides its no more than a minute away and I actually have to pass it first before I getto Dunkin.

I placed an order on the app and when my fiance went there with my son they told hik they did not have most of the donuts we ordered. He was rude to my significant too. My fiance called me and asked what I wanted to do. I asked for the order to be canceled. The store employee stated I would need to do it on the app. I attempted to do so multiple times with no luck. Therefore, I reached out to corporate via email a few times with no response. Then, I called them and was told the reason they have no resolved the issue yet is because this DD is owned by a thrid party. They stated that they will reach out to them again to contact me. He reached out to me once by email and claimed he had contact me which after looking at my call log I realized he had not contacted me once. I tried to call him and email him for the past two weeks with no response. I have officially washed my hands with this company. For anyone who ends up in this situation please no you can get a lawyer and have this matter resolved in small...
