Every time I come to this location which is not far from my house I receive terrible service. The sad part it isn't the cashier taking my order or even the person handing the food to me. It's your management team. Sad to know that you lead your team and speak the way you do to them. I ordered a smoothie and a strawberry pie. I was given my smoothie and told have a nice day. Wait I ordered the pie, oh yeah hold on the cashier said. I hear from inside "I DONT HAVE THEM" The cashier standing not knowing what else to do...just looks at me. I said ok then give me my money back. He said can we offer a cookie to this lady? The voice again yells "I DONT HAVE ANY" I said to the young man at the window, yeah I got it she makes that crystal clear by yelling at me...I said your management here is so rude. He said would you like an apple pie instead...oh wow look at that, this young man acting like the adult manager, way to go kid...you clearly need a promotion and the person yelling well I'd say find a new job, because your extremely rude. I said I would never come back to this location ever, and when I did this once again is the rude I receive. What was the management going to do let me drive away and no refund for "I DONT HAVE ANY" I will drive the 20 mins to the only friendly McDonald's there is. Read moreIf I could give this McDonalds a negative I would!! We order $24.00 worth of food including a McFlurry. We waited on this food and finally got it and the McFlurry looked like it was half eaten. So I took it back up there and they were already dealing with another customer from the drive through who didn’t get drink or sandwich. They gave that customer her drink but refused to give her the sandwich!! I would have flipped! Anyways, I was ignored and after about 5 minutes of the cashier looking at me and not asking if I needed helped I said i wasn’t happy because it looked half eaten and this girl shrugged her shoulders, oh it gets better! I asked for a manager and someone came up didn’t introduce herself but said it was full and it clearly wasn’t, it was half full and the he refused to replace it! They then laughed at me and said something about me that I couldn’t hear. She I assume the manager which she could have been a dishwasher for all I know asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes! I waited 3-5 minutes and then someone else came up and said do you want cash?! Of course I do!! Give me my $4 back for a half full McFlurry. This is sad!!! Should not have these people working here. Read moreRude, unorganized, and dirty are the nicest things I can say about this location. Clearly the problems start from the top down bc myself and family have had encounters various days of the week and times of day as well as personnel in various staffing positions. Most recently had a teenage girl who was so rude her equally teenaged coworkers were apologizing (do you know what it takes to get a TEENAGER to apologize umprompted?) followed by a confusingly combative lady who felt it appropriate to call me a liar when the receipts in my purse prove my truth. Perhaps the owner should schedule a review of their own menu and policies? I know there's a certain amount of freedom each franchise can exercise in operations but behavior exhibited by the folks i have unfortunately interacted with only reflects poorly on the brand. And I honestly feel bad for the potential handful of decent people working there, I can't imagine the conditions are that great. My advice for anyone wanting a quick bite is to steer clear of this location, there are far better managed (AND CLEANER!) stores on Hwy 127 and Fairgrove Church Road depending upon which you are headed.
