Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hickory

It was a good experience tonight. I went through the drive thru around 11 pm, there were 2 cars ahead of me. My order was taken promptly and the guy answered all of my questions. He even gave me 2 different recommendations when I asked. He seemed very knowledgeable of the menu. My wait after finishing my order, was a fair amount of time…. But nothing more than I expected for the hour I was there and plus having 2 cars ahead of me. I got to the window and a very nice young lady received my total. We had a pleasant little conversation with her promoting Taco Bell. She was very courteous, well mannered, polite and attentive. She assured me that my order was correct and after looking through my bag, I noticed I was missing an item. She was very quick to respond to my issue with a great attitude not making me feel like I was inconveniencing her or her job. She focused on making sure my order was correct and I was leaving happy. She has great customer service skills. So even though my order was not 100%, it was solved quickly and accurately. My food was hot and tasted fresh and all of my different variations were accommodated as I ordered. My good didn’t taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the past few hours and my drink was cold and refreshing. Overall a great experience this evening. Great employees working, food fresh and hot, drinks nice and cold, quick, accurate, and all served with smiles. Probably one of the best visits at any Taco Bell I have ever frequented. Definitely...

This is the worst Taco Bell ever! Their customer service is horrible. I visted to get some gift cards for Christmas well their dept machine was down. So i ended up with no gift cards. Which was fine, I understand. Well the next day it showed up on my account and I did not receive any cards. So I call and the "manger" said to come down and they would give the cards and a coupon for a free combo. So I loaded the kids and went down (29 degrees). So I went to the drive thru and the lady gets an attitude and says can you come in we cant do this thru the drive thru. Normally I would understand that. But yesterday they where fine doing it that way. So I say no I cant because I have kids. Well as she proceeds to get an attitude the "manger" comes over. I say you know what just give me a refund. So he says ok, but I ask for the coupon but now they are "out". He does say he can give me a combo now. Whatever I took it. But I will never come back to this one. The one on 321 is awesome. I went thru the drive thru. I told the girl, I want 4 Taco supreme. She said, soft or crunchy? I said, crunchy, please. I also asked for at least 10 mild sauces, and small Pepsi.

When I got to the window, I paid. I didn't look at my receipt. Then they gave me my drink. About 15 seconds later, I got the tacos. I asked the girl at the window, did you put in my 10 mild sauces. She said, Oh you don't want hot sauce? No, just mild sauce, about 10, please.

The girl who took the order: it says, Cashier: Kimberly, on the receipt. She rang up 4 Beef Crunch Taco, which was not what I ordered. So instead of going back, I decided to eat them. They were the worst tacos, I ever had. There was hardly any meat, but tons of lettuce & tomato, on all of them.

You need to train the workers better. I had waited for a long time for this Taco Bell to open. The menu is not that hard. Plus, the people who work there, have to learn to listen & make the taco right. I am very disappointed in this location. Clean...
