Update 8/2025 Apparently only cheese and ketchup means extra onions and cheese. Had to go back in they had to remake it 3 times before the got the no onions. You would think I asked them to build a rocket!!!! No one ever apologized even seemed annoyed I even asked for the RIGHT FOOD!.
New update 6/25 Still slow asked for extra sauce when I got 1 for 20pc nugget and was rudley told I they would give me it this time but I would have to pay if I wanted extra sauce then they gave me 1 which still normaly they give 3 with out asking. Verry Rude and im pretty sure it was a manager. Also stop having people pull around you guys cant get the orders right half the time when you dont really cant when you make me pull around! litterly gave my food to wrong person and then gave me there food and I said this isnt my food and they told me to just take it and go. This is why you guys dont deserver more than minum wage cant even do the simplest of task right.
Update: stoped going to house springs location because of the manager really rude older lady should be fired she yells at customers and employees. Now shes at the highride one today on 11/5/2024 service at highridge was ok untill she moved there yelled at a older customer that couldnt figure out the touch screen and wanted someone to take her order like they should.
Also cant anyone to help you when they dont put sauce in bag like they should. Not rocket science

Read moreSoda machines don't taste right. Seems like there is not a good syrup to carbonation ratio. This is all speculation, of course, but I go to many mcdonalds around the St. louis area from the city to the surrounding metropolitan and rural areas. This is by far the worst soda I have ever had at any McDonald's location.
When I brought this up to the manager who greeted me at the counter, all she had to say was that I was wrong because Coca-Cola came out to calibrate the machines themselves. While this may be true, that doesn't mean treat the customer as if I am being ridiculous when all I was asking for was a coffee instead of a refund for the soda.
I could have demanded my money back, but instead, I wanted a comparable item exchanged for my sub-par soft drink.
The manager proceeded to deny me a pump of chocolate in said coffee because it wouldn't be the same price after she denied having any chocolate in the first place. I then pointed to the big container of chocolate sitting on the counter in front of me and asked nicely for a pump of that, and she eventually did grant me chocolate in my coffee. Much too much resistance to just wanting a desirable drink in my hands after having the worst Coca-Cola from any mcdonalds.
It is never acceptable to tell the customer they are wrong, even if it is just my opinion of being the worst soda and, in fact, nothing may be wrong with the soda.
Could have ended sooner with "I'm sorry about that, would you like a refund or another drink instead"? Instead of focusing on proving the customer wrong, focus on correcting the issue or bad experience. THAT is...
Read moreI’ll start out with the good! The reason I gave any stars at all was because of the hard working general employees there. They work hard to get you your food, and if something is messed up they fix it. However, the general manager there is a completely rude lady who accused me of using the McDonald’s app correctly. I went through the drive through to get lunch. I always use the McDonald’s app because they have amazing coupons that save me so much money. There was a coupon for “buy medium or large fry, get a free fry”. So when I went to pay for my food, I got two large fries and a couple burgers or something, I gave the lady my phone to scan the coupon. Well the coupon wasn’t working, and I didn’t understand why and neither did the cashier, so she went to get the manager. As soon as the manager walked to the window she said that her app didn’t have that coupon so it’s obviously not a real coupon. I showed her that I exited the app, refreshed it, and went back into it, and there lies that same coupon. Then she argued with me for a couple of minutes about it and said “fine give her the damn fries” and then proceeding to mumble under her breath as she walked away “probably just took a picture of an old coupon”. I said excuse me what did you say? And she proceeded to walk away. I was furious. After receiving my food, I went in and asked to speak to her, aAND SHE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME.
