Speedy Service and Stellar Ramen at Poke Burrito Highland! I recently visited Poke Burrito Highland and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the speed of their service. I specifically ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and a side of Miso Soup, and both were fantastic. The Tonkatsu Ramen was the absolute highlight. The broth was incredibly rich, savory, and wonderfully creamy, clearly having been simmered to perfection. The pork itself was tender and flavorful, and the noodles had that perfect, satisfying chew. It’s a genuinely comforting and high-quality bowl of ramen—definitely not just an afterthought on a menu. The Miso Soup was also spot on: warm, deeply flavorful, and the perfect complement to the richness of the ramen. Beyond the excellent taste, the efficiency of the team was remarkable. My order was ready incredibly fast, which is a huge plus, especially during a busy lunch hour. The staff was quick, organized, and friendly, making the entire ordering and pick-up process seamless. It’s just okay. I had the veggie miso soup (appreciated the few crunchy greens in that) and a Futomaki roll. There wasn’t much flavor overall. Employees friendly. About half way through my meal I had a few gnats or something flying around my food, so that was unpleasant. This is totally a single use, disposable container/flatware/cups, PLASTIC STRAWS, establishment with no bin for recycling or biodegradable breakdown even though their water cups looked like brown paper (?).
