My husband and I have been customers of Razny for years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. We have been fortunate to work with Marina, an absolute treasure of a person, who regularly provides us with personalized recommendations, advice and guidance on growing our collections. Her expertise with diamonds has been immensely helpful to me and I always feel as though she truly has my best interests as a person and a collector at heart. She truly gets to know her customers on a personal level and offers personalized advice on purchases, which is much appreciated.

Marina always makes you feel welcome and at home at Razny. She devotes much time and individualized attention to her customers and truly gets to know you. Over the years, she's also welcomed our children into the store and is just as attentive and interested in them as she is in us.

Recently, as our children have grown, we've begun shopping with Marina for gifts for them and her expertise and guidance have proven enormously helpful with these purchases as well. She recently helped us select a cross necklace and Mary medallion for our son's First Communion; he was thrilled to open the Razny boxes and absolutely loves both necklaces. In addition, Marina helped us restore and resize one of my old watches for our daughter and presented it to her tied up with a bow so it felt like the special gift that it was when she "opened" it and tried it on. It's these special touches that Marina puts into everything she does.

I reached out to Marina recently to inquire about a particular necklace that I had seen on the Razny website that we were interested in purchasing for our daughter's graduation and asked her if there were any other similar pieces we should also consider. Marina pulled together 9 different necklaces (!!), bringing some in from other stores and ordering one in particular direct from the vendor that she thought we might like. As it turned out, as soon as we saw the assortment of necklaces, we both fell in love with the necklace she had had shipped from the vendor - it was absolutely perfect. Marina knows us and our tastes/styles so incredibly well! She knew exactly what we were looking for!

I had the most amazing experience at Razny Jewelers in Highland Park and would highly recommend them. In general every staff person I interacted with were super friendly and kind. In particular I had the good fortune to work with Lina as my sales associate. Lina is absolutely wonderful. She is the rare type of sales associate that excels at actively listening to your needs and offering great solutions, and follow through. In addition she is a really kind person with a great personality. I actually went into the store looking at Cartier Watches, of which Lina showed me several lovely options. After we looked at Cartier Lina recommended that we take a look at a few of the Rolexes she felt might fit my needs. She spent time educating me about the brand, pulled up the website to show me some options there, answered my many questions, and showed me several watches they had in store. Then she pulled out the most beautiful watch I have ever seen. It was a gorgeous floral dial Datejust exhibition watch. Upon seeing it I knew that this was my favorite and checked all the boxes I was searching for. Lina informed me that she could put my information into the Rolex system as a buyer interested in this style. I know there are no promises with the Rolex inventory being so limited, and you hear horror stories of people not able to get their dream watches......well this was not the case here. Lina made my dream a reality. A week later she called me to let me know that my watch was in store and ready for purchase. When I came back out to pick it up, we had a fun time celebrating with all of the staff giving me congratulatory wishes. I seriously felt so special. I am delighted to be the owner of a gorgeous new Rolex, and I owe so many thanks to Lina for helping me with this purchase.
