Crumbl — Restaurant in Hillsboro

This place is absolutely wonderful!! I went in there for the first time today and was blown away by the quality of this little shop. It smelt amazing (sweet, but not overly sweet), and was incredibly clean. You could see them baking the cookies through a clear panel, much like Krispy Kreme, which was quite amazing! The employees there were incredibly nice and kept up on the cleaning processes. The cashier that rang me up (Neiya, I believe was her name) was very kind and sweet (she didn't judge me when I stuttered out my order) and was very helpful when it came to explaining the process of things were. The guy that handed me my cookies was very helpful as well. Now, the cookies themselves are delicious! They were still warm when I got home and tasted absolutely divine! I got four different kinds (as I got a four pack), a chocolate chip, a Nutella one, a macadamia one and a peanut butter cookie. All were great! I would definitely recommend coming here if you've got a hankering for a cookie- the staff is wonderful and the cookies are delicious!! This is the second time I’ve preordered so that they weren’t sold out and once again we show up for them to tell us they didn’t plan ahead and they are indeed sold out. They never once attempted to call me to let me know that they would not have the cookie and save me the 30 minute drive. They also only offered me a different cookie when I had to pay EXTRA for the banana bread cookie so I would like to be complicated for that. I also asked to speak with the manager to express my concerns about everything that happened and she told me she was the manager and if I wanted to go above her I could go online and leave a "suggestion" in there comments. I know cookies aren't that serious but they are ALWAYS OUT of every cookie no matter what day or time you go and I was told pre ordering would solve this problem and this is now the second time they told me preordering doesn't matter cause they...

Last night on 5/24 I made an order for delivery out to a friend who needed a pick me up.. a good laugh. I didn’t realize it was less than an hour before closing when I placed the order and any other place would have canceled or pocketed the money and not deliver. The Crumbl team who worked last night not only delivered, but played a long with my joke to make her laugh and made the whole experience that much funnier. I asked for a note to be added to her order saying “congratulations on losing your virginity!” Not only did they come through with what I asked for but the team also added a congrats note of their own. When the cookies were delivered she FaceTimed me laughing so hard and when she showed me that they had also added a message I laughed just as hard.
