Read moreEvery time I order online there's an issue. If I order delivery they make the pizzas, say it's on the way, then cancel when it's supposed to be here, stating I'm out of the delivery area. So now I've been waiting 40 minutes, kids are hungry, and no pizza. The website chooses the delivery store, not me, so there's literally no way to get delivery to my home in Tanasbourne. This happened twice, now I just do carry out. Even with carry out the website will lose my order halfway through and I have to start over and will offer a coupon then at the end say it doesn't work. Or I use PayPal or venmo then it sends me there to complete and kicks me out and loses the order. This happens on the app and the website. Not the store's fault. The poor quality pizza and inability to cut is the stores fault though. There will be two tiny slices and 4 HUGE ones or it's not cut all the way through. Or there are huge burned bubbles. Read moreVery disappointed in the delivery service. I ordered a pizza to my apartment building, with the correct address and everything. In fact, I have had pizza previously delivered to this address. I didn’t receive a text saying my order was complete (even though I signed up for the text notifications). I went to track my order, as it had been a long time. It said completed, but there was no pizza at the address. I call the store and they put me on hold. A man spoke to me with a very aggressive and condescending tone, telling me I entered the address wrong. What happened? The delivery guy put my order at the wrong apartment. I have had Amazon packages, previous food deliveries and US mail delivered to this exact address. Furthermore, this could have been avoided if they would have called the number I entered with the order to clarify instead of leaving my order at the wrong doorstep. Horrible service and horrible employee. You should never speak to a customer that way when they have not had a negative tone with you. There are plenty of pizza places who will provide a better service....
