If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is incredibly disrespectful. I left today with such bitter taste in my mouth. My mother and I are regulars there but today he crossed the line… he’s one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a restaurant and worst he owns the place. We had two orders to go and at this time they charge $ 17.50, but he charged us $22.00 dollars each because “we took too much food”, this is a all you can eat buffet. They promote this place as all you can eat dine in and take out.

I asked him “did the prices go up?”. And he said I’m charging more because you took too much food, you grabbed 3 bowls and I’m not making money like that. Then I said then why don’t you put up a sign or such so people know how much they should take and he said “You know this already, I don’t need to have signs… you grabbed so much food”.

We’re never going back to the place, such a shame and what a disgraceful way of treating us. We’re been going there for 10 years and he disrespected us that way. Absolutely wrongful and disgraceful. He could’ve even said, the reason why I’m adding an extra fee is because our policy is two bowls for take out or whatever they allow people but instead he was like you took too much food.

He also knew exactly what things i added to my bowl which tells me he was just checking me the whole time which is also incredible bad costumer service.

The saddest part it’s that I promoted this place to my friends and family because I felt bad for them because at the beginning of the pandemic they weren’t making as much money. Well I guess with that attitude they won’t .

I ended up going back to return the food, we just couldn’t eat it!. I was sick to my stomach to how disrespectful this guy was to me and my mother. It wasn’t even about how much he overcharged us by abusing his position but how he disrespected us. We didn't even ask for a refund... it was all about the treatment we received.

He didn’t acknowledge not even once how rude he behaved.

What’s also funny it’s that my sister posted a review and they said “your family asked for extra rice, pancakes etc. “ When we never did… so this restaurant isn’t only disrespectful to clients but dishonest too.

The place should at least have signs and reinforce whatever their policy is by doing it the right way but truly how he spoke to us was disgraceful to say the least.

I honestly didn’t mind the extra fees but the way he handled the whole situation was a shame. No owner or staff member should speak to their costumers that way. At no point we disrespected him for him to treat us that way.

Even when we went back to return the food and I told him I didn’t care about the money, he still didn’t acknowledge how bad he treated us. I told him how disgraceful was they way we spoke to and he giggled. That’s just another level of disrespect, and he was like “that’s fine”. He just doesn’t care how he disrespects others.

My mother was so letdown, she loved going there. She told me “ How could he do that, I can’t believe he treated us that way”. She almost broke down.

He wouldn’t like others treating his family like that.

I hope people find this...

First time here and somewhat disappointed , I’ve been to many Mongolian BBQ restaurants and this is one of the bottom of the list. They don’t use a house sauce or Mongolian sauce to add to your food, they don’t have the crushed red peppers in the chili oil. No greetings no courtesy , no checking if you need anything. To make your food tasty the two options are soy sauce or some sweeter teriyaki style sauce in a squeeze bottle. I don’t care for my food to be sweet so to get enough flavor it tasted like soy sauce. Also when they cook your food they are pouring water on your food which dilutes all the sauces you put in to flavor your food to begin with. This is the same technique the food courts use at the malls. I guess if your from this area you wouldn’t know the difference but I tell you this is not a great flavor at all.

The waitresses are super busy, maybe too busy to wait on you, we had to ask for everything including water refills, more napkins a cup of soup that I believe comes with the meal. I asked for our plates to be well done which gives more flavor allowing the sauces to cook more but I guess the guy couldn’t remember and took our plate off as he would normally which was not well done.

I cannot...

So they overcharge you my portions were really small like very small and I’m a vegetarian so don’t even get any meat and they charged us over 10 to 9 $. The egg soup tasted like Lougee water like you know the one where you have a Lougee in your throat tasted very bad very slimy Flavor, the water the water and Pepsi probably were the best thing. Also the cooking style was pretty poor when you’re cooking Mongolian food on the grill you’re supposed to add the sauces a little bit after it’s cooking but they pour right on and then the water so it’s all diluted and flavorless. The teriyaki sauce is really bad to , taste really sweet and like terrible It took me a while to get over the horrible food because I was so sad. I was so hungry and excited about Valentine’s Day and my boyfriend took me here and I wish I would’ve just ate at home or maybe just went to Subway at least it’s fresh and good they don’t have a lot of vegetarian options. Well, they got vegetables, but no tofu And noodles are really weird and slimy but I would say the Pepsi is good because I like to stay on the bright...

Upon entering I was greeted with a nice gentleman (maybe the owner?). He inquired how many people in my party and if a booth was okay. Made us feel comfortable and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered hot tea, he was quick to return & even poured it for us! He assured us if we wanted anything else, to let him know. And he would be near by. The restaurant was 2/3 full during dinner time (6:30pm). Great cozy atmosphere, as the building is on the smaller side, but still a nice feel. The fresh self-service bar was full and clean. We got our food and brought it to the grill for cooking. The guy working the grill seemed to know what he was doing, had 5 plates going at once with ease. At the end of our service we were offered ice cream and given the bill. Very great experience, food, customer service - and we will for sure be back!!

Really good Mongolian grill, one of the best I've visited in the area. I think they have a great selection of meats, and theirs tastes higher quality to me than some other local places, plus it tastes really good and fresh when grilled. They have a solid sauce selection to complement your meal, and their noodles are solid. Their starter soups taste pretty good though generic, I'm sure you've had hot and sour soup that tastes like theirs before. In addition, they give you ice cream at the end so you get a full course meal to fill you at a fair price. Service was nice, I even ended up forgetting my phone at the table and the lady tried to catch us before we left, but had it waiting when we came back about an hour later.
