I normally love Insomnia but this location needs some customer service attention. It was my first time at this location, placed my order for a sandwich, I didn't care for an ingredient on the sandwich but noticed a sign that states, "No changes to orders" I asked if its possible to not have a tomato on my sandwich, which I was told NO, changes are not made for customers?!?! Not a good idea, or tells me customers needs are low in the list. My friend got coffee & cinnamon roll, it prompts you to select a tip amount, I believe 20% was the "lowest" of the options, I do think custom tip or no tip was an option as well. Selected 20% leaving around $3 something, fine, they got my name. Sat down, waited, after a while when my name was never called, I realized my sandwich had been sitting on the counter, went up, asked if it was mine, gal shrugged & said, "I guess." Umm okay, sandwich was not great, tasted like soggy bread, you clear your own table, it felt like I earned my own tip. My friend apparently knows the owner, he came by our table & said hello, very friendly & nice, I hope he cares about constructive customer advise. Not impressed with...
Read moreI don't give out a lot of five-star reviews, but the warm staff and the offering of two Ethiopian coffees put my experience over the top.

The staff weren't as clued-in about the provenance of the coffees as I would have liked, but with good cheer they mightily investigated. The beans are a bit more expensive than I would have liked, enough to make shopping here a special event rather than a regular pattern, but it's such a good feeling to know the good stuff is out there.
The café is a welcoming, comfortable place to sit and socialize or to bring a laptop to work, and that's another nice thing.
Lastly, it's near to the Hatfield Government Center MAX Station, so it's all a...

23/7/4 Happy 4th of July. Was not expecting the coffee shop to be opened. Very happy to pick up some yummy ice cold lemonade after watching the parade under very high temperatures.
8/3/22 our 1st time to try this very cute coffee shop on Hillsboro's Main Street. We loved the cold brew coffee and the cold brew lemonade (amazing taste). The raspberry lemon cookie was heavenly. They close at 6pm everyday so we we're able to try them until now that were on vacation.
Looking forward to visiting more and trying more beverages & pastry.
22/9/30 Definitely voting for the Aztec Mocha Yum - simply yummy 😋😋😋. Finally able to try their Breakfast Biscuit (warm and fluffy with Egg & Sausage) was just heavenly. Not a biscuit fan but will have this for breakfast again. Usually not available...
